Excellent dinner! I had Tenderloin Oscar, it was fabulous! My significant other had the Ribeye, another awesome choice. Both steaks were done perfectly to our liking, and very flavorful along with the rest of our dinner! We upgraded one of the salads to the \\\"Signature salad\\\", which was just delicious. Andrew behind the bar was attentive \\u0026 friendly \\u0026 made us feel welcome. Thanks for making our evening memorable. We will definitely be back!

Food was wonderful, but sometimes people make the difference, Gary at the bar mixes wonderful cocktails, Amie and Christian took care of us at dinner, they where excellent!!!! Now we had a cherry salad, yumm, then pan fried perch, delicious, followed by brandy Alexander's! Highly Recommend this establishment.

There was a 40 minute wait and we were there 10 minutes after they opened. Alot of people in front of us just left. At least 4 groups. Maybe a huge staff shortage? We ended up leaving and got food elsewhere

We were in Door County for the Fall Fest and our anniversary. We looked around and were attracted to Mr G's because of the choices on the menu. The host that took our name was very accommodating as we were not in a hurry. We had a couple drinks at the bar and were very pleased with the service of the bartender. When we got to our table it took awhile for the waitress take our order and for us to receive our food. The host (sorry I did not get his name) was outstanding; he was doing double and triple duty. Serving food, checking on us, and getting us our check. We found out several people, (dish washers and prep cook) had not shown up for work. The staff that was present were hustling and should be commended. Our food (my wife had the glazed salmon and I had the ribs) was outstanding. Even though the service was slow, we understood why and it did not bother us. We will definitely be back.

Just attended a wedding reception at Mr. G's. Excellent service and food. Family style chicken, beef, potatoes and corn. Everything delicious. Nice space for the 200 plus guests. Spacious. Beautiful decor. Highly recommend!
