Terrible customer service, got rudely scolded at after asking what flavor & filling donuts of pastries they had, as they had no signage indicating the different flavors and offerings. Almost felt as the ladies working wanted us to not order and seemed annoyed with having to assist us all together. Very unpleasant experience

The employees are always pleasant and helpful. Kringle never disappoints. My issue today is with quality control. I pre-ordered some Paczkis and picked them up today. They were quite dry and light on filling. My order included two (2) raspberry Paczkis. One of the raspberry Paczkis is less than half the size of the other doughnuts in the box. I opened the box and was like "what is that??". O&H can't be beat when it comes to Kringle but for Paczkis, I've bought better ones from Woodmans.

I’ve made it my tradition to stop here for coffee and a donut every time I drive south. The donuts are so good!

I wish the menu had a few other options other than salads, burgers and chicken, but the food is good. Servers make some good mixers as well. The amount of waste that goes into having the food packaged and bagged to go even when dining in is a bit much as well.

O&H is the best Kringle in the area… so many flavor combinations are available. This is a satellite branch with limited selection of baked goods such as donuts and breads… and probably best to arrive early to have the best selection. Probably could call a few days ahead to if you have a large order.
