The wife and I were invited to this restaurant for dinner. The plates of food were very plentiful. The rice and beans were very good. The rest of the food was relatively bland. The salsa made everything tasty. Salsa and guacamole were excellent. The owners were very pleasant and attentive. Will go back to try other dishes. Don't let appearances scare you away. A bit divey and in a corner strip mall. Give them a try.

He’s super nice!! Took my order gave us chips and salsa right away made delicious drinks and super fast service. Got my food in ten minutes and it’s FANTASTIC !! Always going to come here now.

Was our second visit. First visit it was a 1 man show, literally. Same guy who took your order cooked it, and served it. that being said the food was amazing. Very speedy as well.. My husband had the cheese enchiladas dinner and I had the sopes lunch special.. best I've had outside of Mexico. Today we went again, but today there was a waitress that was great. Husband had the same and I went for the chicken mole enchiladas. I tell you it' was the best mole I've ever had. I always said my grandmas was the best, but this was incredible. Great restaurant, great atmosphere, and you can really tell the owners/cooks really care about their food. I can't wait to go back!

Came here for breakfast. With covid going on it was nice to see someone open. Was greeted right away with wonderful service and they even made good fresh coffee right away for me. Service went out of the way to make sure I could have anything I wanted. Got my food quick with a nice side of the homemade salsa. I had a skillet and it was one of the best I've had. Topped with that amazing salsa it was the best breakfast I've had I. A long time. I recommend this place especially during these times we need to help places like this stay open.

We LOVE going to El Tequila. My boyfriend and I go at least once a week. We love the owners, the margaritas are amazing and well priced throughout the week, and the food is phenomenal. Favorite Mexican place I’ve ever been to, and fairly priced. Whatever seasoning they use on the chicken is to DIE for. And the spicy salsa that comes with the chips is amazing. Highly recommend to everyone.

Steak Fajitas always come out just right! I also recommend throwing back some of their Hot Salsa while you're there...its quite refreshing.
