Subway is a huge let down. My fiance and I wanted something a little healthier than McDonald's or other fast food joint. We both got a #12 turkey something. Apparently mozzarella is discontinued that is still being advertised on the menu boards and I know for a fact meatball subs have mozzarella cheese. They need to fix that. Ranch didn't even look like ranch, more yellow of a color than anything. Definitely didn't even taste like ranch. They have avocado in a bag and tasted so rancid I almost threw up in my mouth. I threw the whole thing away. I guess there is a reason why I don't eat out often. This place needs to be shut down. Very disgusted and disappointed. Waste of $30.

Very disappointed ordered broccoli cheese soup its was rancid in flavor brought up to counter then they threw rest of soup out ..then went in back n came out n microwaved my new cup and went and sat down to find a solid chunk of frozen soup in the middle of my new cup of soup and fountain machine didn't

This place is disgusting.. all the veggies were turning brown... then the guy overcharged me... I asked to upgrade my meal drink to a large.. then he charged me for an entire meal plus a large drink... were typically I'd just pay a couple dollars more!!!! I'm calling corporate and bringing this store to their

the service is absolutely terrible. they get mad when you tell them THEY made the sandwich the wrong way. the store was poorly stocked, messy. didn’t even have all the toppings out and got mad when i asked for the ones not out, just beyond disrespectful. i will be calling corporate.

Ordered a sub off the menu, exactly how it comes, and they upcharged me for adding a second type of cheese on it. Of course, was then prompted to add a tip at the register. As other reviewers mentioned, they do not accept coupons. Food was what you would expect from Subway
This Subway doesn't take coupons or Rewards perks. Furthermore, a simple 12 in ham and cheese sub had 6 pieces of ham total; upon questioning he recounted and said there should be 8 slices. Which still was much less than other Subways.

Was wanting subway so decided to go to this one, because it was the closest. The day before I went to the one on 20 and H and that subway is own by the same guy. Was clean in side but the service sucked at both places. Couldn’t understand or make the right sub. They were very slim on the meat and toppings like it said 2x the cheese for that sub and then charged me extra. I don’t recommend this place if you like subway or the one on 20 and H. This is a franchise they should follow some as the rest of them. It was just bought 2 months ago.

The guy behind the counter doesn't speak any English but the vegetables were so rotten and disgusting it didn't look safe to eat at all the lettuce was brown and rotten the pickles look like something was growing on them you can tell that this food is very old not a good place at all

Some meats were not available. Sign up saying Subway didn't approve this location to accept coupons. All franchises are privately owned & its up to those owners to decide to accept them or not. THIS ONE DOES NOT.Those who don't are JERKS!

I was the only one in the restaurant, 2 people behind the counter neither spoke English fluently enough to understand a standard subway menu. Ordered a spicy Italian, pizza sub and a steak and cheese. I got a spicy Italian and 2 steak and cheeses with none of the toppings I wanted.
