HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My receipt says ANASIA J...pulled up to the speaker and she says "what can I get you?" Not a "hi, how are you?" Or any greeting...just what can I get you I'm laughing because....WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT in the lack of customer service is taught?! The food took FOREVER to come out and this girl was just on her phone. Seems like a poorly managed location. Train your staff to be better. It's the little things that matter...maybe teach them to smile and greet customers. Hope this is helpful.

Food quality is absolute garbage and service is slower than geriatric sex. Took them over 25 mins to make my order from doordash and still didn't get it right. Order was missing items and the items I did get didn't have hardly anything in them. Crunchwrap was burnt and nasty with barely any beef, lettuce or anything for that matter and I didnt even get the soft taco that comes in the combo. Cheese rollup with Fiesta straps was hard as a rock and my drink was supposed to cherry pepsi, but im pretty sure it's diet pepsi. If I could give zero stars I would. Threw whole order in the trash ?

This is one of the worst Taco Bell's that I have ever been to. I waited over 15 minutes for my food. The food that I received was sub-par, even for Taco Bell. I will never visit this location agaib.

I gave 1 star so I could post a review otherwise they earned 0. I ordered a Beefy 5 layer burrito, no beans no sour cream + creamy Jalepeno sauce. I'm cutting to get to the middle where there's actually meat and to my surprise there's no meat in this ate. I received a half grilled tortilla w/sauce. What a disappointment. This location is just straight terrible. Not once, no exaggeration, not once have I had a good experience here. You've permanently lost a customer. If I knew howto upload a picture I would would. HEY TACO BELL, YOU WANNA SEE HOW YOU'RE FOOD IS BEING SERVED TO CUSTOMERS? Send me an email and I'll gladly send you guys the picture.

The employees here are awesome! The management on the other hand is not! I looked at previous reviews these employees are struggling because of their manager! I got to watch her 1st hand this morning while yelling at them across the store to calling other stores while watching them on camera asking what their doing and what's that noise! That's not for me to hear and see but I'm glad I did! Gave me great respect for those employees that she "manages". Speaking from point of view of a manager/leader.

Service is to slow. This is a truck stop. People are on lunch. Maybe hire more associates for lunch hours? I can't be waiting 20 mins for some tacos............ place is clean associates friendly just super slow.

Not my first choice for dinner but it was here and there wasn't much else. I was hoping for something a bit more "sit down" but this truck stop was super busy and I didn't like the feel of the restaurant in here. So this was it. Kiosk ordering is so easy. No need to discuss or deal with customizations that you have to explain. Just hit the buttons and then pay. A few minutes later, your order is ready. And so it was. My two burritos didn't take very long, they were assembled mostly okay (where is this stray lettuce from?) and they put the right number of hot sauce and napkins in the bag. There is a small seating area which most folks seem to use for waiting for their order, as I did. [Review 20657 overall - 227 in Wisconsin - 1638 of 2023.]

I ordered nacho fries and cheese bean rice burrito. Both are so cold, it was not cooked properly couldn’t able to eat food it was so oily. Very much disappointed with the food and all my food was waste.
