Ordered a meal (small) with a bottled water and she waits til AFTER she took my money to tell me they're out of bottled water and hands me tap water in a cup. I said "but didn't I pay extra for a bottle?" And she says yeah, bottles cost more. Then she shut the window and sent me on my way. No apology. No refund. Nothing. Food was ok though.

Staff was awful. Felt like they wanted nothing to do with me. The store was awful. Floors were sticky. There was a cigarette butt on the floor. There was an employee sweeping but somehow completely missed it even after sweeping the lobby. What an awful store. I've always had issues with this location.

it's wendy's - it's not a 5 star establishment - that said, this is one of the better ones in the area. service is always fast and food is on par for the money. the real winner right now is the pumpkin spice frosty - which really puts the spice in pumpkin spice. best shake I've had in a while.
