The manager in charge gave my friends and family an attitude, as if she were upset because we were there late, but it's our fault that she has that night shift.

We sat and waited for 15 minutes for two baconators, two fries, and 2 drinks. When given our food we were missing a burger and fry, but were told we were only rang up for one even though we used a BOGO offer. The lady who took our order (we assume she was the night manager because she was the one to override the transaction) had problems hearing our order and instead of asking us what we wanted she tried to rush our order through without making sure if we had more to order. The fry that was given to us was the wrong size, and the burgers were not made correctly. Spend your money elsewhere people, this Wendy's does not care in the slightest if you were satisfied with your order.

Waiting at the counter for a few minutes nobody will help, called a teenager over ask where the manager is. All 6 sitting on their butts no doing anything. 1 said we are having a meeting of the mind while there is no customer service. Really place Dave would have shut down. Really like Wendy's food. This is not the only time that it has happened. Come on people wake up fast food is expensive and you don't care. Culver's is across the street and I went there and it was fast service.

Cashier was extraordinarily rude when approaching the Drive-Thru window and made the experience terrible. I will advise everyone I know and anyone that reads this to find another Wendy's to give your service to and let this one fall to the wayside. Don't hire people who can't handle customer service, pretty simple way to resolve this.

The blue haired lady that works there is the most unprofessional, disgusting, and rudest person I’ve ever come by. I’m a vegetarian and ordered a cheese potato. When I went to go eat it there was bacon on it. I did NOT order that. I went back around and stated I don’t eat bacon and can you please fix it. The blue hair girl proceeded to scream at me, tell me I was wasting their products, this is how inventory gets messed up, why can’t I just eat the bacon, and then when she came out to hand me the new one she flipped me off. Don’t worry lady I’ll NEVER come back to your bug infested no washing hands or wearing gloves having restaurant.

Guy at the window was to the point and in a hurry. Got the order right and in a timely fashion. Ordered a triple baconator. $11.33 though... Price is absurd so I'll be headed over to Culvers and/or McDonald's across the street. Can get two burgers for that price!
