Uncle Mike's probably doesn't need my review but I just can't pass this by. I recently visited family in WI and they shared a Caramel Pecan Kringle with me and it changed my world! I thought I loved a regular, almond paste kringle but this was SO MUCH BETTER! Also, the apple kringle - fantastic! The apple was like an apple pie with a different crust. The caramel pecan was full of flavor - salty, sweet, caramel, crunchy from the nuts and moist. It was in perfect balance. We ate them at my family's house and bought one for the road. We were driving so didn't get to cut into ours for 4 days but it was still so moist and fantastic. I'm def going to send for lots of them over the holidays.

Where to begin? The kringles are unique and totally tasty. They put Racine kringles to shame. The apple caramel pie was sooo good. Danish, pies, quiche and breads are all out of this world. The healthy harvest bread with cranberries is my bread favorite. You haven't been to a bakery until you've been here and tasted the goodies.

I think it’s fantastic, they have so much delicious food there it’s hard that choose a favorite. However, for those of us who are being cautious and wearing masks it would be nice to see the employees doing the same as well as encouraging people to shop there to wear their masks. That being said, I wore my mask in and bought about $50 worth of stuff for breakfast last weekend and it was all amazing.

The Kringles are absolutely amazing. I had 2 shipped to Kentucky and they arrived right on time and perfect. We may be “snowed in” and trapped in an ice storm, but I don’t care cause I have Uncle Mike’s Kringles to enjoy!

Hit or miss. You either go when everything tastes amazing and is better than you could have imagined, or you go with high expectations and everything is stale. It's a gamble considering the prices.

Okay baked goods. Some items tend to be less fresh than expected. I ordered a cake and it was totally unremarkable. The Kringle is too sweet for my taste. I now stick to the healthy harvest bread.

While we love Uncle Mike's, this morning was the third time that we drove out of our way for donuts at 6am only to be told "Trucks not here yet and we don't know where it is or what time it will be here". Roads are 100% dry so bad roads hasn't been the issue. When you open your doors at 6am, those shelves should be stocked, ie, the truck needs to leave on time in order to make that happen. This isn't the only bakery in town...maybe stop acting like it is.

“Filled” donut had barely any filling in it. All 4 of them I purchased were hollow inside.
