I'll be honest. I've been to China King and Panda Express many times over the years. One day, I decided to try something different, Chang Jiang. I was absolutely shocked. China King and Panda Express are good, but Chang Jiang is just on a whole other level. Everything I've ever gotten there tastes amazing! The workers are nice too! One thing I will recommend to quite literally EVERYONE I meet: Eat the damn pork egg rolls. They'll change your life. They'll make you go from whatever size your at now to plus fifty pounds. Seriously. Their absolutely heavenly.

Waited for 30 minutes past when told it would be ready for pick up. When I got my food home one of the two dishes was cold. Would not recommend paying before they give you your food in case you don't have an extra half and hour to wait.

When ordering the person taking our order seemed upset and started talking in another language angrily as soon as we requested no vegetables in a dish (have done this at the Deforest restaurant where they happily do it for us). When we got the food, the teriyaki chicken was basically jerky and hard to eat, and the mei fun and chow mein tasted the worst we've ever tasted. Very surprised by this when the Deforest restaurant is one of the best Chinese places we've gone too. Don't recommend this restaurant at all.

Everything that I've had is delicious! From the soups and dumplings, to the noodle dishes and rice- exceptional Chinese take-out. The owners are wonderful and generous people.
Very bad attitude of owners with “take it or leave it” mindset, even though it is only a “hole in the wall” outlet. No plate provided even upon asking. Discrimination towards non- Americans is evident. And bad food, to top it all. Best avoided, if you have a choice!!

Chat Jiang in Sun Prairie is awesome. We love carry out option and eat it a ton for birthday parties and when I don't have time to cook. The service is great and the family owned aspect gives it a great feel. Very thankful for this place.

The food was so dry and overcooked it was almost inedible because it was so hard to chew. It was also largely flavorless although the rice at least you can tell is made in house and not just the yellow bagged rice you get some places. The woman at the register was also very rude to my husband when he was trying to pay. We ordered from here shortly after moving to SP and had a similarly poor experience but we figured it’s been over a year we’ll give it another try. Definitely regret giving them our money twice.
