Standard quality food for a Dairy Queen, but the location is horrible. The line of cars very frequently backs up onto main street and causes major problems for the flow of traffic. There's also very limited parking.

Worse experience i have ever had. Customer service was horrible. The girl with the blue striped hair had the biggest attitude and smart mouth. Talked to the manager, she was understanding but her employees are horrible.

All I wanted after a long and hard day as a good, hard working student of Sun Prairie is some ice cream to enjoy myself. Specifically, I was excited to enjoy a delicious Caramel Fudge cheesecake blizzard, my favorite blizzard! However, you can imagine my immense disappointment when I go to eat my ice cream and there is LITTLE to almost NO caramel/fudge/cheesecake toppings. It basically was just mixed vanilla. Dairy Queen… I am DISAPPOINTED. Thank you.

Awesome staff. Great food. Put inside it's a dump and you can smell they use dirty water to wash the floors . So... Don't go inside and it's 5 stars.

Ordered ahead of time, still waited in line for 15 minutes with only one other car there. Person was not very friendly and they are wayy too over priced. $5 for a mini blizzard is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service will not be going there again or to any dq again.
