We wanted a Philly Cheesesteak pizza, but no peppers, no mushrooms, so we did the carry-out 5-topping for $10.99 deal. There was no option online to add American cheese, so we called. Got a robot, then a call center person, that couldn't do anything more than we could, so I asked to speak to the store. It rang a bunch of times then the call ended. I decided to just order it the closest way online, then call and tell them what we want. I called and got the robot, but asked for the store right away. I seriously let it ring for 5 minutes, and no one ever picked up. When my husband went to pick up the pizza, the first 2 employees he saw, were staring at their phones and never looked up at him. He said we had tried to call, and the girl helping him said, "our manager is supposed to answer the phone", and pointed at the one behind her, still staring at his phone. My husband said, "oh looks like he's really busy", loud enough for him to hear, and the guy just looked at him, and walked away. He came home fuming!! The pizza was good, but not what we wanted, and we were so irritated by the service that we will not return.

We get A LOT of pizza from Domino's in Sun Prairie. THREE times our dog ate the pizza because they set it on the porch and didn't knock or ring the bell. I am not getting adequate responses from their errors. Only 1 order was refunded.

Called the next day and they said there’s nothing they can do since it wasn’t the same day. Didn’t care to make things right and the customer has to pay for the mistake!? Ordered a special pizza and received the original pizza without the paid for special requests

This review is for this location since the pandemic (things were normal or crazy leading to and during the ‘demic). My experience with the is location for the past year has been amazing…from speed to the customer service and the friendliness….i generally write reviews only for some bad experience…but had to make a rare exception for the quality of the staff working here lately…very much appreciable

I always order delivery from them; always comes in a timely manner & whether I just get pepperoni stuffed cheese bread or I get their pizza, it’s always amazing! Their delivery drivers have also always been very kind while delivering :)

Ordered $38 worth of food (almost $50 with the tip) and the driver had the audacity to mark it as delivered and never delivered it. A simple task that couldn't even be executed. Weak team and not reliable at this location.
Dominos in Sun Prairie was great and efficient, even ordering a large quantity for work, they had them ready to go and even helped carry them to my car.

Our sandwiches were just awful ! Burned cheese almost all veggies no meat. I wanted double meat but you couldn't order it over the phone. 1st time ordering last time also! So mad what a waste of money !
