Beautiful presentation, but taste was lacking. I had eggs Benedict and the English muffins were soggy and inedible. The hollandaise sauce was pretty flavorless and had an odd texture, almost like it was whipped. Food came quickly but wasn't particularly warm. Companion enjoyed her strawberry pancakes. Service was quick but coffee refills were lacking.

I recently dined at Golden Nest Pancakes & Cafe and was initially drawn in by the visual presentation of their dishes. However, upon tasting the food, I found it to be lacking in flavor and depth. It felt like the dishes were prepared in a hurry, perhaps even reheated in a microwave, which detracted from the overall dining experience. While the ambiance and aesthetics of the restaurant are charming, I left feeling disappointed by the lackluster taste of the food. If you're simply looking for a place to snap some aesthetically pleasing photos for your social media feed, this might fit the bill. But for those who prioritize flavor and culinary excellence, this might not be the best choice.

The atmosphere was very comfortable and casual, My server was Friendly and Joyful as well. I ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich and it was not what I expected, the Hot honey was kinda too sweet than spicy and kinda threw me off with the amount of it was dripping, but the side of fries sorta helped get through it. Wouldn’t order it again if I came back, breakfast will be a better choice.

The flavor and taste of our food was great. My omelet, the Cheesehead was yummy. Ok coffee, and good toast. Great OJ.My companion had the Biscuit and GRAVY bowl, with extra crispy hash browns. Unfortunately it was made wrong. It came with over crispy home fries? We told to waitress, she was happy to fix it. Cool, thanks. Food came back, with half done hash browns, not crispy. Then, another issue, they didn't give him very much gravy at all, it didn't even cover the biscuits. (The dish is biscuits and GRAVY bowl) Again, we told the waitress, and she was happy to bring him more gravy. Ok cool, no problem. Gravy was VERY GOOD! YUMMY! (usually at other restaurants when issues like this happen, the waitress lets the manager know, so then the manager will come to the table and apologize and offer to comp the meal or even half price the meal.)We get the bill. $50 for two people. Now, the food was tasty, the waitress was very nice. But we had issues with the food. My companion still had to pay full price for the meal that was screwed up twice, and had to ask for gravy, then got charged for extra gravy. That is not cool, since he barely got any in the first place. My large OJ was 8 bucks....and it didn't even have alcohol in it. That is usually a price for a cocktail with fresh squeezed OJ. That threw me for a loop, since the menu said $5. No other listing for an 8 dollar OJ. I did ask about the $8 OJ, and they said, "oh sorry, the menu isn't updated yet" So yeah. I don't know if I'll be back. We did try communicating our issues, but our concerns were dismissed.

I had been avoiding this place because the website comes off a little pretentious, and the few zoomed in photos on the web menu make it look like you're paying a premium for tiny portions on decorated plates. My friend group decided to have breakfast here. I'm glad they did. The food was amazing, and the portions were large. The cocktails were good too.As for service, it's very dependent on the server you're given, but the one we had was very attentive.A warning to those going with a group on the weekend. They have a posted policy that they won't split checks on the weekend.

All the reviews and the restaurant say this is kid friendly. They have boosters and high chairs, and it's a loud enough and casual enough restaurant where you aren't embarrassed of your loud kids. But, be warned they do not have a kids menu. So it was breakfast entrees of $14-19 and a kids orange juice is $5!!!!! A kids chocolate milk is $3.50.The food was okay. We had the seafood Benedict and the classic, but my eggs were overcooked and had nearly no runny yolk and disappointingly the hash browns were undercooked in the middle for all of us. The hollandaise was nice though. The French French toast was the best thing any of us got. Would get that again. Note the berries on top did not include raspberries and blackberries but a decent portion of strawberries and blueberries. The sausage links were great. The butter knives do not cut well. It was a struggle to cut the French toast or the English muffins. That made the experience extra difficult just with what we order, everything had to be cut.The vibe was really cute with the nests and egg light fixtures. The colors were bright and the restaurant was clean. We were also disappointed that the advertised robot delivery did not deliver to our table so our family did not get that experience.Overall, this was not a great experience for an $81 breakfast experience for 2 adults no alcohol ordered, a 5 year old and a 2year.

Me and husband went there for Saturday brunch. We liked the food and place. Nice atmosphere. They had a wait time of 30min. For a Saturday it’s not uncommon. Kids friendly. Great place for family dine in.
