Solid, not life-changing pizza. Pretty good for a chain-quality place. They offer a decent menu and do well enough with it that I haven't been disappointed. There's definitely better pizza out there, but Marco's isn't horrible by any stretch.

I don't appreciate the coward employee that chose to up and cancel my online order when they could have easily gave me a courtesy call to inform me that unfortunately I placed my order past the time they are willing to make it and it can't be made tonight unfortunately, I would have been fine with a simple call such as that but instead they have ignorant employees that choose to just cancel my order because I placed it to close to closing time I guess. So many lazy workers in this world.

It was a good pizza, we ordered the deluxe and had a $3 off coupon from their web page. The ingredients tasted fresh and the crust was crispy. We also got the breadsticks and they were a bit greasy but once dabbed off a bit was pretty good as well. I wish we could pick the sauces we got. Pizza was ready when we got there and it was a quick in and out for pickup.

I have tried pizza from Marcos a few times and its normally okay -- nothing fancy and you are paying mostly for fast prep on orders than anything else, but figured I would try a healthier option. It was a pretty big mistake.I recently ordered the Italian salad and got a pile of toppings half-cut with hardly any lettuce. The lettuce that was included was starting to wilt. Pretty sad and poor quality!If you are looking for an easy way to quickly burn through $20, without caring about the quality of the product being delivered, go with Marcos. Otherwise, there are several better pizza options in the area that would gladly give you a better bang for your buck.I wouldn't recommend at this time

Love their pizza! They were super busy last night and accidentally delivered our pizza to the wrong person. We were super happy with how well they handled it- the free cheesy bread was also a nice surprise :) we’ve been semi regular customers for years now and this was the first mistake we’ve ever witnessed.

Customer service, i placed an internet order a couple weeks back and got the wrong size pizza, was told by manager that i would get a credit for the next time and i was fine with it, but i was still charged for the bigger pizza. I then called today and was told no coupon was saved and it never happened. I used to run a pizza restaurant so i know and understand there are mishaps, but to promise a customer one thing and not delivering that promise is sad. I wont order from here anymore and i wont recommend it, their are far more better pizza joints in sun Prairie, Wi . I recommend focusing on customer service

Been waiting for a long time to try Marco's pizza and I'm impressed. Great sauce and my delivery showed up 20 minutes early! Yummmm!!!
Waited 20 mins in lobby for driver who never showed. Then when called for delivery update, I'm given excuse of poor cell service for reason driver did not call to update. Then told that for safety reasons, deliveries were being discontinued and could come pick up fresh pizza if I wanted to. (Free employee pizza?!) Bottom line is that driver never showed and a) driver lied to manager or b) manager lied to me.

Have ordered a few times from this establishment. Food is pretty good but if you want a timely delivery dont go through them, never on time even with an estimated 1hr from order to be delivered and we live less than 5 minutes away which is very disappointing.

Ordered 2 pizzas with white sauce instead of pizza sauce. Neither pizza had any sauce at all!! Called to tell them about the mistake and was told that there was sauce on the pizzas and that their white sauce was "butter based with garlic", refused to do anything to help me, then hung up on me.... I ordered white sauce on my pizza like a sauce that is white and generally is cream based, not garlic butter.

Was really excellent pizza! Was fast super friendly curb pickup. Pizza was really good. Lots of toppings and sauce was so good! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Very happy!

We've had multiple bad experiences at this Marco's to the point we hadn't ordered it in a couple of years. 2 out of 3 orders were wrong in the past. We decided to try it since it had been awhile. Well, poor decision on my part. We will never be ordering from the SP Marco's again. I pre-ordered with a 5:40 delivery time. at 5:45, i called to get the status of our delivery and the worker said he had a driver coming in and that our order would be the first out. "Should only be 15 minutes". NO apology for being late or anything. Next thing I knew it was 30 minutes later and no pizza. I called again and talked to a different worker who said it would be another 30 minutes. He did say, "sorry about that", but at that point, I was beyond a sorry. The only bright side to this the driver was very nice. I know not to shoot the messenger, so I just said, thanks for the pizza and left it at that. our scheduled delivery was over 60 minutes late. They are only getting the 1 star because I had to in order to post this. Lets call it a star for Micah (delivery driver). Nice guy.
