The website stated open 24 hours but when I pulled up I was told it was closed. They were clearly still open. Restaurant and outside lights still well lit. Please hire people that actually want to work.

Usually the food and service is decent, but this morning not so much. My food was so drenched in grease, that's all you could taste :( and the employee wasn't the most pleasant.

Placed my order on the mobile app and immediately proceeded to the drive thru to pick it up, after the person ahead of me placed their order, the employee on headset told me they were closed at midnight (order placed at 12:07, so the person in drive thru ahead of me had not ordered yet either, yet they were able to place his order) The app and online all show this store is 24 hours. When I asked about a refund on my order he said I have to take it up with the app customer service, the app FAQ says the store handles the refunds, I don't live in town, we were passing through on the way home. The worker got very mouthy with me and told me to leave because he didn't want to answer my questions. Now seeing the other reviews here, I am not surprised at all. My order was for 2 sodas and an order of fries, so if they just didn't feel like dealing with more customers at the moment, that is absolutely obnoxious. How can a business continue to run this way? By stealing money from their customers apparently ??♀️

Been here several times late at night. Managers and regular staff close the store down just because they don’t want to work. Blaming it on the system being updated and they need a break. I ask several different times how long will that take and they lie every time about when they will open back up. I used to work at McDonald’s and if you’re struggling this hard at night then close down completely at night.

Always out of items, mess up my food all the time, staff never in uniform they wear whatever they want, some staff long nails painted against food safety. Didn’t anyone ever check on this store from corporate or whomever owns this? It’s a complete joke!! Horrible serve more than once and again recently!!

Drive-thru line was busy so I went into the lobby. There was a good number of people waiting for their food in the lobby too. Things seem to be moving slowly. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was not hot and not even warm. The cheese didn't even melt either.Another couple had to come back in because their food was wrong.
We stopped here for shamrock shakes. They charged us $18 for this. Super frustrating. Just fill it up?

I don’t recommend ordering between 4-7am. The service is incredibly slow. The drive thru will cost you ten minutes plus. I have been there twice at around 530am and both times I have waited ten minutes for my breakfast.

Lied about being open 24 hours even though they were. It was 3:45am. I asked to get a burger and they said I could not order a burger because we had to wait 15 minutes until breakfast started at 4:00am. Told me to wait 15 minutes until breakfast because I could not order anything until after 4:00 to get food. I was very disappointed because I have never experienced this. I did not appreciate this behavior!! Highly disappointed
