I used to take advantage of the convenience of the drive-thru here until I made the mistake of applying for a managing position. My first contact was nice and professional… then I was passed on to Beth, who I was told runs hiring. In my conversation with Beth, things seemed to go well and she was going to talk to MOKA’s managing owner about me.THEN I NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN.Can you imagine? I was literally ghosted! No “sorry but we’re going another direction” or similar. The hiring face of MOKA is really that unprofessional!As a long-time service industry pro, this has NEVER happened to me before. If MOKA is this inconsiderate to a potential manager who the first contact liked enough to send up the chain, imagine how inconsiderate they are toward their hourly workers!?

The Jamaica is the bomb!Tastes phenomenal and has just the right amount of caffeine to get me up without having jitters or caffeine withdrawal LOL.GREAT PLACE,the blueberry muffins are great "real" berries in the Muffins just Fantastic!Do not go next door to funky donuts, extremely disappointed there.I gladly make a point to MOKA in the AM you should too! You'll be happy guaranteed!Parking: Parking a little tight, but most everyone goes drive-thru.School bus drivers, this is our early stop.

The service is always amazing! The coffee is just as amazing! And the bathroom is just wow!! The fact that they have everything a woman could need for staff and guest and it's FREE is just perfect!! You don't see that as often as you should. We love the new questions of the day. All around just a wonderful place to go with wonderful ppl and atmosphere!

If you work 3rd shift, no one else does around here, so you won't see it open later than about 4pm (time subject to change). Pretty good coffee.
Just moved here and glad I found this place, they use above-average quality cups, their dark roast coffee exceeded my expectations, and the staff were friendly. My third time here so far and everything has been consistently good.

Hire better baristas please. Especially the person taking your order. They need to know what they are talking about.When I asked if my hot matcha latte would be served sweet,I was told no. Then she said that all of the Torani syrups in the store are “flavored” and not sweet, including the vanilla and all the sugar free syrups (which are SWEET).I own Torani myself and know that they are made with sugar and are sweetened syrups. I did not even bother to correct her because she seemed so confident with her wrong answer. I was so shocked that an employee wasn’t even aware that the drinks she is making have sugar in them. All I wanted was a matcha latte with no sugar.
