I overall was not impressed. This is my first noodles and company experience. I ordered a tortellini pesto and got a pesto cavatappi. The chicken on it was dry and rubbery. I paid 11 bucks for for the wrong pasta and mediocre food. I got basically all noodles and little to no mushrooms or tomatoes. Again I didn’t want this dish at all. I was overall not impressed with the place.
The traditional Mac and cheese isn’t as creamy as I’d like it, but that’s just me. The self-serve (straws/napkins) area was messy and not well stocked. Worst, though, is this is just one more fast food place which prompts you for a tip when you order, while the cashier stares at you. Low class.

Noodles & Company Seems to be shipping a bit. Portions and quality a clear step down from a couple years ago. Guess I need to try another location bur hard to be motivated after just a so-so experience.
