Out of any Starbucks I've been to, I'd have to say this was the dirtiest one ever. Had to use the bathroom, and the door doesn't lock. Service was fast n basic at best. Coffee was the same as any other Starbucks. Won't be returning here, I suggest trying another location if you really must get your fix, especially if you have to use the bathroom

Please clean any syrups that’s on the outside of the cup. This is inconvenient and poor quality of service. When requested light ice, doesn’t mean there’s only 2 ice in the drink. Thank you!

Asked for a frozen pineapple passionfruit lemonade and they didn’t make it frozen was so disgusting. I’m never ever going to this location again!

I ordered the Tomato and Mozzarella on Focaccia and it was missing half the tomato’s and mozzarella. The contents of the sandwich were spilt out in the bag I was handed and I had to scoop it up and place it on the sandwich myself.

This Starbucks always takes forever! No matter what time of day there's a long line and they are so slow at getting drinks out. I usually only come here if I have at least 30-45 min to wait because that's how long it usually takes. Not to mention I've had multiple drinks spilled on me at this drive thru.

Went through the drive through. First, they gave my passenger the wrong thing, and when she told them, the woman who was helping us was EXTREMELY RUDE! She blamed my friend for her getting it wrong and she claimed my friend had asked for something different, even though I heard every word and i read it on the computer screen before we pulled up to the window. I made sure it was right because the last time I was there they accidentally gave me the wrong thing and i was really disappointed when i got all the way home and realized it. Instead of just apologizing the woman proceeded to argue with my friend until another starbucks employee intervened and asked what the commotion was about. When we explained, she said she was so sorry and she remade the drink. Other than the one employee being TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, everything was great. And I absolutely LOVE the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino

This is by far one of the crustiest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. The staff tonight was complete garbage. Had they been my staff I’d fire all 3. And I completely understand the whole “short staff” thing. But my fiancé and kid got their sandwich 35 minutes ago. I got the same thing but with cheese ? and was told “you’re gonna have to just wait!”Will never return.

This place is always at least a 30 minute wait. I ordered through my mobile app today, and it took 35 minutes to get a Venti Caramel Brule latte. Staff does not acknowledge anybody and is always very rude. They never make eye contact, never greet anyone when they walk in and move at the speed of a turtle with no f's given!!! I only go here if I have time to waste.

Rude and inconsistent with orders. Many times people will walk in and take your order. It had happened to me 3 times already! Don't waste your time here!!!

Avoid this location, it’s the WORST! The workers are rude and work slowly. I ordered my drink in the app 15 minutes before reaching the window. When I reached the window, they told me it wasn't ready and I had to come inside or go back in line. They said it would take 20-30 minutes before they could attend to my order. I had ordered one drink. This service is completely unacceptable. If I had ordered at the drive-through window, there would be no problem so how couldn’t I receive my drink that I ordered 15 minutes before reaching the window?Unacceptable
