Haven't tried using coupons bit not a coupon cutter person.Every business is trying to survive in these exceptional trying times, so I don't blame the owner for his location, subway has always done great by me since 1975! So get the original BMT and enjoy.

Terrible... Second location in the area that will not honor coupons sent in the mail. I suspect this location and the Walmart location have the same owner. They make you feel like you as the customer are doing something wrong for using a coupon on a sandwich that should be covered by the coupon, but they arbitrarily decide that slightly more expensive subs are not covered. Sorry, not my problem. That's the cost of doing business. Never going back again and you shouldn't either.

I Love Subway especially there veggie delight and there Raspberry Cheesecake cookies!! Every time I go there I always have to get some!! But sometimes they are sold out and that’s a real bummer!!

I go to MaNy Subways; Always fresh N made to order as I want it. Sad they took out barbecue sauce, chicken patties, N sweet onion sauce. Will continue to go !!!Vegetarian options: Can even get veggie salads

It should be noted that this Subway doesn't take coupons. I was unaware of this and tried to use a coupon that I get in the mail regularly. Apparently, this location is no longer a participating location for coupons. I think they should have a notice posted on the door or clearly in the store so it doesn't come as a surprise when you are at the register. My 2 foot longs for $12.99 cost me $24 without the coupon.

Very friendly employee wIted on me and the 2 sandwiches were perfect!!
Ordered online for Sun Prairie subway on W. Main St. App was easy to use ordered PkUp. After my husnand got home I looked at my salad I ordered, a Protein Blk forest Ham + veggies. My salad was All veggies, No Ham. Went back to complain and showed the Mexican Man My slip- He asked Rudely - Where's your Salad? I said At Home, as rudely as I was spoken, too. I explained it clearly said Protein Blk forest Ham in my salad and There was No Ham. Again- Rudely, he says then bring in your salad! I said then Make it f--- right! Give me a free coupon for my trouble if you don't believe me or give me the ham! He Never apologized for screwing it up, No customer service skills and I pray he knows how to the rest of his job better or I have a feeling the State Dept of Health will get a call:( He finally wrapped up the meat- But Subway maybe you should employ 2nd language English speaking people who Can Read & Comprehend English, as well!! This has been the reoccurring nightmare for a while but with different employees. Truly They Can't get Good Help, or at least the Owner does Not know how to properly train in Customer service skills! Won't be back- because Clearly things are Not changing for the better!!

They didn’t give me three bags of chips, they messed up my order and the guy who dropped it off didn’t speak English. I called a dozen times and no one answers. Stay away from this location. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! Scam.
