If you have allergies STAY AWAY!!! Chicken tenders were cooked in the same oil as fish, and I'm allergic to fish. I loved Arby's but I can afford to ever go back here again, just can't risk it. Stopped last night1/6/24 in the drive thru. Was extremely disappointing 31 plus dollars spent on 2 combo meals,mac and cheese balls. Ordered a 3 piece chix strip got two strips and something that looked like a chix nugget. The crispy chicken was in a chix swiss and bacon wrapper and you could see they tried to take the cheese and bacon off at least that was the only item that was warm after only a 2 mile ride. All the fries, mozzy stix and mac and cheese nuggets all cold. For 31 plus dollars would hope food could at least be warm and correct. This is second time in a row order was sub par. Let the first time go as bad experience but this time at 30 plus dollars wont be forgotten soon. Certainly wont be hurrying back to get shafted again.

This Arby’s location DOES NOT “have the meats” as the Arby’s commercial would suggest. They skimp out on protein serving size for all their wraps and sandwiches that they can. Anything past 6pm you can expect old fries. If you have the time take a trip to Arby’s west Duluth or Kenwood locations! A lot better quality food and much more appropriate sized; the food actually looks close to what you see in the commercials and should expect.

TlDR: this place is not a safe secure spot. You can do whatever you want in the lobby with impunity.I messed up and left stuff on a table. I went to order my food and the person taking the orders was very slow, they were very busy and seemed short of staff. I got in a hurry and realized I was going to be late getting back to work and left forgetting my stuff (Christmas presents for my kid). Someone stole them, no one brought them up front no one found them that was staff they were gone. Arbys is getting a 1 becaue3 they have 0 cameras anywhere but the registers. You can go in and do whatever you want and there are no cameras. Not on door not on lobby. I find this very disturbing. I would think you would want to see who was doing what bot only for things like this but to stop people from saying there was a wet floor and doing a slip and fall scam. Or maybe security for their staff and customers. I go to this arbys everyday its a really good one. Sorry to shift the rating but not having cameras in 2023 is opening yourself up to a world of bad possibilities! Again PSA you can do whatever you want in the arbys lobby they have 0 camera.

We walked in because the drive thru line was huge. After placing our order and waiting a long time, the two belligerent guys in line behind us received their order before us, and began eating it right at the counter! I even took a picture of them, which I won't share. And I'll just say they were not neat and clean about eating.Then when the cashier had an order ready she softly called a name (which turns out was our name) and the guys grabbed that order and waddled out still working on their half-eaten burgers.After a while with no one left waiting for food, the cashiers started looking at me then looked at the orders then looked at me again then looked at the orders again and asked what my name was, and when I told her she said that those other guys must have left with my order.So they had to redo our order, which went pretty fast the second time around. Turns out we definitely should have went to the drive-thru!Considering the circumstances I don't really fault the workers for someone else grabbing our order, but certainly patrons should not be allowed to eat right at the order counter. That little extra commotion/confusion at the counter may have made the difference.
