Ordered a promo Philly cheesesteak today, and there was about a cup of mayo on the sandwich, which ruined the taste. After 2 bites, I brought it to the cashier window to show them. She said she couldn't give me a new one because it was almost gone! My two bites are not big. Anyways, I'm not satisfied with any of it.

Man, what happened to Hardee's? This place used to stomp!!! Now, the last 4 visits have me wondering what caused this place to roll over, land in the ditch, and burst into flames. The burgers are nowhere close to the design and flavor and....outlandishly priced???? Is it Covid aftershock? Not sure...but I've thrown enough food and money into the garbage here....I'm done.

This location is a joke and they constantly messes orders up. And didn't count on their district manager to make it right cuz they will forget to. Someone from way up the chain needs to come hang out and help guide them until they can figure it out. I get it happening once in a while but this happens everytime I go and the only reason we go is it's because that's what the family wants or I'd never go to this location.

Honestly, I'm not even sure why I'm bothering with a review but it's what I do. Here's what I don't get. The lot is always empty, I never see a line at the drive-thru, it survived the Covid closures and the fact that Carls Jr closed over 100 of their underproducing Hardees restaurants nationwide! How is this location still open? There food hasn't been good since the early 2000's. It's baffling to me. So, I think it's clear if you've read this far, I do not recommend Hardees. Their food is terrible, their prices are inflated and their employees are just as bad.

I would really like to enjoy Hardee’s again and we have made multiple attempts to do so. I almost never get a straw with my drink so I end up having to drive back and ask for another one. When I order my drink with no ice then depending on who provides my drink I can expect to get half a glass and be told that's how it works (even though other people don't have a problem with giving me a full one). Most of the time we order food we find that our food is very much not fresh but can include burnt bacon. The second to last time I went here the sign was not lit, the drive-thru menu was not lit and the door was locked but I had already paid for my mobile order so I knocked on the window in order to get my food. I was told that yes they are open until 10pm but that the sign was burnt out and the door sticks... Right after I picked up my food and came back for my straw and then was ready to leave, the sign that was supposedly burnt out popped on. Like I said before, I would really like to enjoy Hardee’s again - I did years ago and could have been a dedicated repeat customer but the employees lie to their customers and are very unprofessional about it. The last time I came out, I had my daughter in her wheelchair out in the cold because I thought we could go into the dining room that day. I was informed that they were short staffed and that they could not have the dining room open after 8pm. A simple sign on the door would have prevented most of my frustration over that experience! I truly hope that upper management and corporate management are made aware of how this location is operating!

Came to drivethru which was a bit slow, but ok. Gal at window wasn't super nice, but she wasn't rude either. She seemed exhausted. This seems to be a common theme of service from employees at this location. Got my bag of food which felt cold to touch right away. Sandwich was luke warm, hashbrowns were cool. Went inside and it appeared they were maybe short staffed, which I get, so I just asked for new hashbrowns which they made no problem. The whole floor inside the dining area is sticky, otherwise appeared clean. Biscuit sandwich was a little smashed when I took it out. I feel like this place and it's employees could use some TLC and they'd see major improvements.
