Very impolite, granted I walked into the bar an hour after close. This still doesn't excuse what happened! When your establishment is closed you need to lock your doors, not act like jerks. To elaborate I was sober and in my right mind, just trying to get a feel for the numerous bars in Superior WI. I walked in it was 11:03 and they said they closed at 10 and the coworkers were in the bar having a drink. I lingered for a moment to see what beers they have on tap, in case I wanted to come back. Don't worry about It, I won't be! I said I liked the Celebration Ale by Sierra Nevada, then one of the gentleman ubruptly stood up and said "that reminds me I will show you out and lock the door behind you." The only explanation is, they must of thought I was a drunk because that's how I was treated. I perceived his FU tone of voice, and felt completely degraded to be ushered out the door. I wish I could of given them the zero star rating. The way I was handled gives me the feeling that this establishment has a superioriry complex. Your are mistaken the Lake is Superior, but your attitude was perceived as appallingly rude by this potential customer!

Nothing better than grabbing a drink when the owner Lindsey is working. She makes Superior a better place and her spirit room is the best place in town, a nice change of pace from the traditional bar scene Superior offers

The cheese tray was lovely, but over priced for the amount that is on it. I would buy one more often if the price was more reasonable, but it was wonderful for a special occasion.The outdoors seating is beautiful and there is heaters and even blankets to sit on. Nice touch.

I attended the McDougall's Dream Fundraiser at the Spirit Room. Excellent service, friendly staff and food. One particular waitress/bar tender made the best old fashions I've ever had using a couple of different/custom ingredients to make it much more enjoyable. Thank you to all of the staff for their excellent job of serving the folks attending the Fundraiser. It was such a great experience, I gave quite a large donation because of my awesome experience.

Great space. Cocktails are really great. We rented it for a party and it was very reasonable! Outdoor space reminded me of something you'd find in a bigger city like Austin, TX or NYC. Highly recommended!

Went there to have a drink and hang out after a family wedding. Great spot. Perfect to spend a few hours with family. Drinks were tasty. Service was awesome. We had a grazing table from cheese shop next door. Wow!
