Didn't even get to eat, literally got kicked out because I didn't know what I wanted yet. I was cold in the snow, bus didn't come for an hour, wanted a place to collect my thoughts and food. One employee saw me sitting, waiting for one minute in an empty lobby. The manager came over, asked if I was gonna order, I said not yet. So she told me they're not open for another 15 minutes, I have to go wait outside in the snow without a jacket behind the unlocked door, so I went somewhere else.

Pizza was raw. When we called and asked for it to be remade, the employee had a bad attitude stating “I know your pizza isn’t raw”. Idk what is this then?? Never again. Bad attitude from the moment we called to place the order and even worse customer service when we called out a mistake on their part. I’m hoping my 4 children under 5 don’t get food poisoning from this since they all consumed it before I was able to take a bite of my own. Lesson learned!

I've never been to Toppers Pizza or this location before, but one of your team members was a dear friend of mine from a few years back. We were on good terms for a great while, then one day I was ghosted by her with no explanation, and we eventually drifted apart. I still think of her because she was incredibly kind and thoughtful. I hope she's doing OK, wherever she is now.

Food's good but when it comes to delivery, forget it. Your better off picking it up at the store. Waited an hour for my pizza to be delivered and they said it was at the store ready to be sent out to our place on the next run. Call them back and they just bring up a refund and have no clue what's going on. Staffing issues, makes sense however, at least tell me that your not going to deliver it lol.....

I've never made a yelp review before.ordered a single pizza at 8pm online, 20% tip on top of the $5 delivery charge. order said it was placed and preparing, not long after it was baking, for over an hour. 10:15 rolls around and we are ready for bed, called, already canceled?? even though it said it was baking. charged and still have not got my money back. will never order from toppers again.

My fiance and I ordered two pizzas on 06/02/23. One Wisconsin Curds and Bacon, one Loaded Tot-za. When the food arrived the curds and bacon was missing the ranch drizzle and green onions and the pizza was a mess as shown in the picture. We called to ask for a replacement pizza and it was left at our door with no knock or anything to let us know it was there so when I went outside for something else I found our pizza sitting on our porch, cold. On top of that the pizza was still missing the toppings as the first one. We really enjoy toppers and we are very disappointed in this recent experience.
