Seemed clean, but busy in drive-thru so they didn't pay any attention that I was standing at the front counter. Someone, seemed like a lead or manager, came to the front and took a call-in order but walked away after without helping me. He went in the back, came back up for another call-in and again didn't ask if he could help me but I had used the kiosk and pushed my slip at him.

Portions are SMALL...Everything's shrinking in size...even the pay check. Big Mac IS Small along with the other burgers! N selections.Used to get 5 pickles now?? One! Prices are up quality n quanity is down!

Decided to have a sausage egg and cheese bagel this morning. Took a bite and it tasted disgusting. Opened it up and found a sour tasting Mayo type spread all over it to the point it was squishing out all over it. I called them and was told that it’s not Mayo but a “tangy southwest style sauce “ that’s meant to be generously applied. Why would anybody put this on a breakfast sandwich? It’s gross. And it was $9 for the bagel and hash brown. For me it was inedible. I must say the person I spoke with (manager I believe) was very nice and explained it all but never offered a refund as this is how the breakfast sandwich is supposed to be. This is the last time I get breakfast from McDonald’s.

If you are using Door dash for delivery McDonalds doesn't even make the attempt to find a dasher to deliver your food. The first time it happened was 2 months ago and they kept pushing up my delivery time. Three hours later I was still foodless. I cancelled it through Door Dash support. Last night I decided to give it another chance and the exact same thing happened. I only waited 2 hours and 15 minutes before I cancelled. My recommendation to the manager of this location would be to not offer Door Dash as they never are able to follow through and deliver. It is not good business to make customers angry.

8-13-23 walk in to a huge crowd of people. Nobody at counter. Everyone had to use the machine to order. Asked multiple employees sitting down for help and we were told they can't help us cause there on break. Ordered 1 mc chicken and a fry and waited over 25mins. Along with others waiting. Service is horrible, workers standing by counter laughing and cheating with friends while people are standing there waiting. Will not be back. Totally unacceptable. Especially to get refused help.

Used the car wash. It was horrible! It never got the bugs off the front of my car. Seems to cost more but wash time is less. Wouldn't recommend this car wash. Also, ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit wasn't cooked all the way. Wasn't browned. Bacon flimsy. I like my bacon crisp! Tasted like it was one that sat there the whole morning. Yuk! ?
