My wife and I stopped in for lunch today an we hadn’t been to this location in sometime. It turned out to be a great lunch. Micah took the best care of us today and the rest of the staff were great too. Food was great, it was nice to come back to chili’s as it seems this location made some great changes. We will be back.

Came in for take out and ordered 1 drink while I waited. I’m 26 from out of state. Bartender said manager had to look at ID—i said okay, figured because it’s out of state. Manager came back and said we’re keeping your ID because it peels easily and some mark isn’t on it. I showed them my debit and credit cards and everything and they said sorry no we’re keeping it.I said how am I supposed to keep driving right now with no ID? Don’t serve me, I don’t care but can I have my ID back please.They still refused. I said I’ll have to call the cops—they said cops won’t come out here for this….I said a non emergency number would.They were so mean for no reason.They ended up giving me back my real ID after i told them the cops thing, and then said we’re not serving you.If you don’t have an in state license don’t have a drink here or you’ll leave without your REAL ID since they gave it back “this one time.”

Chilis is close to home so stopping in used to be a fun treat. Sadly the last three times we have gone we were ignored and so we just left. Today is yet another day we stopped in to be ignored. Not to sound unsympathetic but if you are under staffed it’s not a customer problem. It’s become a running joke that if you see ten tables full and your table eleven you ain’t getting service, and sadly this isn’t a rare occasion it’s pretty common. Also watching two hosts wiping menus with the same dry brown paper towel is not sanitary as they are spreading germs from menu to menu. Training and supervision seem lacking.

Waitress was on her second day by herself. Wasn't 100% what she was doing but tried her best. Although she wrang in the 3 for me wrong for our second order. The burger that was served wasn't cooked right. Half the burger was raw half was cooked. Don't know of I would go back.

I've been a Chili's fan since I first went there in 1986 in Florida! Been coming to this location for the last 10 + years and always been pleased with food, drinks and service. My only disappointment is I learned at our last visit that they are no longer advertising what started the whole restaurant...their award wining chili from the famous Terlingua Chili contest in Texas in the mid 70s!! That's something to be proud of and to celebrate, so I don't understand this. Even our waiter had no idea what Terlingua even was. Sad.I always get their chili, a delicious margarita, and lately have discovered the nummy chicken bacon quesadillas. And the fresh baked chocolate chip cookie sundae is a must-try dessert!! So disappointed. We met to celebrate 3 Sept. birthdays. We've been here before, but definitely are not going back. The technology was faulty and that delayed one of the meals and our ability to get correct billing accomplished in a timely manner. Out of our 6 orders, one person's meal didn't come out until 20min. after we all began eating. My friend had to ask for it to just be boxed immediately. She only had her salad. Our drinks took ages to come to the table, and one was undrinkable and not made with the extra shot as she was charged for. There was no compensation for any of the birthdays. One bill was taken care of because of the drink situation, but overall the experience was not handled well for promoting customer service and satisfaction.

More attention needed to the maintenance of the building. Especially the bathrooms. Bathroom sinks were so hot no one could wash there hand's, including employees.Kid-friendliness: They need to add white cheddar Mac n cheese to the kid's menu. Not just the yellow kraft. And keep the consistency of the cheese quesadillas the same as how they're cooked and prepared. It was made differently this time than it was the last time we visited and my child would not eat it
Me and my mom went to Chili’s and our waiter was nice in the beginning, but as we went through the time, she only took our order and the busers came out with our food and our drinks and I think it’s just a horrible experience especially when I had to go get myself a water from the hostess and myself a box from the hostess and her saying, she has other priorities other than getting me a water that she asked if I wanted it and her walking by our table and saying that we can walk because we got ourself a water and a box So I think that the servers need to do better than just taking peoples orders because she didn’t ever check on us or anything we had to get our self things when she’s our waiter. So horrible. We've gone there many other times, and it was fine but this time was just not OK.
