Went the other night in the drive thru and asked if they had pretzel rolls still available. She said they did. When I got to the window, she apologized profusely but they were out. I completely understood (and all their bread is so good it wasn't a problem for me to switch) but she was very courteous and went above and beyond to make it up to me. Greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service there. And the food is also always top notch!!

NO MORE DORITOS! I love this location. It's clean, the sub is always good, and they always had a selection of good chips. I will deliberately find a location that sells Doritos. To my surprise today, they no longer sell them. Now it's the stupid Cousin chips. No thanks!

Found only one clean table to sit at to have dinner. The employees did more goofing off than work when they could have been cleaning the dining area. I asked for fried onions on my sub, and they were only partially cooked, good thing I don't mind partially fried onions.

Whole order was either messed up or cold. Took an hour to even get the order. Wont be back to this location. When I called they forgot to mute themselves and I could hear what they were saying in the background, be more aware before you talk shit about your customers.
I just had a great experience in this cousin store. I love cousins subs, but what made the visit special was a woman named Rho behind the counter. She welcomed us to the store, asked us how her day was, and had the best smile I had seen all day. She was polite and our service was fast quick and welcoming. I will go back to see Rho again someday she made me smile! Thank you for the great customer service!

22 mins for 2 subs. No line. Can't hear the girl taking orders. The guy in the video was texting instead of handing me my long awaited food. He seems to be crying...I'd be livid if these were my employees.

I ordered a 7.5" turkey breast with no tomatoes and add black olives. The first thing I noticed was that there WAS tomato on my sub. So I walk back in for a new sub. The dude with the glasses working the counter on September 20th at 10:30 am just opened it up and took the tomato off leaving the juice and seeds all over my sub. After seeing how he corrected that I didn't even bother telling him about the black olives that he also missed on the order. Never going to this cousins establishment as long as that dude is working there. Last time I ordered, he wasn't there and my order came out perfect. He also gives off pervert vibes.

I ordered my subs. I forgot to order cheese curds and fries. I went back up and ordered my cheese curds and fries (both large) and they slowed down making my subs so that my subs and cheese curds and fries would all be done at the same time.That's next level service right there I tell you what.
