I ordered the cheesesteak for lunch today but when I got home there was no cheese on the sandwich and the sandwich was very dry (no condiments/oil). This is not the first time my sandwich was dry. I don’t think I’ll be going back after having 2 bad experiences in a row.

Whoever was working at 6:20PM on August 20th left my order literally lying on the floor. After I went in to pick it up, he said "Oh, sorry man". Makes you wonder what else was on the floor and then they bagged up for people to pick up.

Great service and the bread here is always very delicious. Decided to eat here the other day and got to enjoy the police picking up a stranded firearm across the street. Free entertainment, nice!

They forgot tomatoes on both my subs. Also did cousins start putting less meat on the subs ? The sub seemed flatter/smaller than normal

I ordered a Philly cheese steak here and it was chunks of steak rather than slices. Maybe some people would prefer that and maybe it’s a rendition of the philly that I haven’t seen, but traditionally a philly is sliced steak. The bread wasn’t great either, and it was really expensive.
