I had a great lunch at Crave today! My order was fast and made perfectly. Staff was really friendly. I’ll definitely be back!!

Half of the time my order is messed up. You can get a breakfast wrap, chips, and fountain drink for $7 or a meal swipe, but the second I add meat to the wrap I no longer get the fountain drink or chip, can’t use a meal swipe, and now have to pay $12. What kind of deal is that? The quality of the ingredients is suspect especially the chicken. All the good options come in too small of a portion for what you’re paying. They advertised it as a bowl place, giving me and others the expectation that it would be like Qdoba or Chipotle, and all they had to do was try and copy that to succeed. They instead spent more time focusing on the kiosk system and becoming a “virtual diner.” Some workers are extremely kind and prepare my food well, but when I see others I literally know that my food will be messed up and I’ll hear them complaining loudly about their personal lives. I keep going back with better expectations, but almost always end up disappointed with my meal.
