Food was good. Went through drive through, they forgot our silverware for the mashed potato's, forgot my cheese sauce I paid for, and forgot napkins.

This place smells terrible. It’s worse up front near the kitchen, but even the dining room smells. Good food but an absolutely terrible experience dining in. I won’t be returning.

The managers and staff are very nice to my little sister and brother, who are a little Chaotic.Dietary restrictions: We all have food allergies but the cooks accmdated for us it was nice. With our deadly food allergies nuts, and shellfish

Butter burgers, cheese curds, and Custard. What an amazing combo! They know how to get it right. Don't feel like a burger? They got an incredible fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich that rivals most.

The response was very quick. The burger was barely warm, and half the fries were a half inch or less. I felt like I was eating a counter clean off. The fries' taste was good.

Today went through drive thru and got a Large bag of fries only half full. They have done this several times now. Ordered the cheese curds and they were cold, soggy and not that good. More breading than cheese. Our burgers were not that warm as well. For waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru you think the food would at least be hot when they finally bring it out to the car. This location is off compared to other Culvers. Next time I'm going to have them redo the order instead of accepting sub standard quality.

This location gets very busy in the evenings. My last few visits for dine-in were not the best. I have better luck in the drive-thru.During my most recent visit, they didn't have all the toppings for the Chilli Supreme, but no one told me. I went up to the counter to ask for the other ingredients after they brought my food to my booth. They searched, and then told me they didn't have the toppings so that's why I didn't receive anything outside of diced onions. Then when I went up for the kids meal 1 scoop custard, they gave me a number. That seemed unnecessary, and it turned into a mess. I ended up waiting 15+ minutes, because the number they gave me was associated with a different order. They also didn't give the BBQ sauce with our chicken tenders kids meal. I think one error is pretty tolerable and expected in fast food, but three in 1 visit is frustrating.

The food is always delicious, and the staff is kind and appear to work hard, but take-out orders are consistently incorrect with missing or wrong food. The dinning room smells terrible, and the bathrooms are always gross. Even my children comment on the smell and the gross bathrooms.

Usually we go to the Culver's on Sunset but occasionally we'll frequent the one on Grandview too. Culver's usually has great food, courteous staff, and are peanut-allergen sensitive. We've had a busy day and tummies were rumbling. We decide to come pick up a meal here and do our usual selection and inform them of the allergen. Now while I know other variables are possible, we really only keep low/no risk foods at home. Our kiddo with the allergen had some of his scoopie ice-cream and within minutes he was covered in hives. He is okay. However, there's a strong possibility his meal was not allergen sensitive like it has been in the past. We're realists and know life doesn't come without risk but it will be a long time before we take such a risk again with this restaurant. We can't know for sure of course but he was fine before ingesting his meal and quickly develop hives within 30 minutes. Reactions do tend to come quick like that.Just a word to the wise to think twice. Hopefully they did their part but we can't know for sure. If someone didn't take it seriously though or was in a rush and didn't make the necessary changes for a safe meal, I hope they think twice too.
