AWFUL. Do not go here. Paid $10 for a large ICED late with 5 shots. They only put 2 shots in and NO ice. They would not remake my drink or give me money back. They are so cheap as owners and the customer never gets what they want. They don’t know the recipes and put whatever they want in a drink. They never include the sticker on the drink like they should. But I mobile ordered so I have the receipt on the app.

A few months ago I placed an order before work roughly at 5:30 am for a coffee and a few food items, I waited 20 minutes and was the only person, I was told to pull around, waited even more and eventually had to leave because I had to go to work. This morning I placed a mobile order for a few things and there was a line but it should not take 30-40 minutes to get your food!! This is ridiculous

It is a Dunkin' shop, they have donuts and coffee. I got a box of Munchkins, coffee rolls and apple fritters. Everyone loved them! I don't get a chance to have Dunkin's as there isn't one in Alaska :(/

Something always wrong here. I ordered a bacon avocado toast and i got a bagel with avocado(ok not on menu) I told them right away after complaining about cold coffee. Guy tried to sell me iced coffee, but i've never been an iced coffee person. So i was like ok you don't want to brew a fresh cup(aka don't want to do your job) just make me an americano..he came back with a warm coffee this time..pretty sure he stuck it in microwave as it tasted like acid burned coffee..couldn't have had a worse experience. I use to work in a coffee shop..it's not a difficult job and i know all the ins and outs. So i left with the stuff as is, with fear they might act maliciously if i REQUESTED WHAT I PAID FOR. Waste of money and time. don't do it. just don't.

Always incompetent employees, literally every time I order pick up or door dash from them, they forgot something, especially the donuts. Which is crazy when donut is literally in there name. Like how can you forgot something, that is the main focus of the whole company.

very inconsistent with how they make their drinks. its a hit or miss every time. also hopefully they dont forget any of your items you paid for bc if they do and you let them know, they’ll give you an attitude about it as if it was your fault?
