I order quite frequently here seeing as my job is 6min away from the location however EVERYTIME I order delivery there is a 50min wait time?? If I'm paying extra for delivery with the promise of "freaky fast" shouldn't that be the case?

I ordered off doordash and their systems don't match up. And whoever answered the phone the 3 times I called has been so kind and explained to me what's going on with my order. While I've had to wait over an hour for my food (not really their fault) it has been such a pleasant experience. He assured me my food would be made nice and fresh before delivery. And the driver was very kind as well. (My street name changed recently and that can be so confusing). Food was absolutely delicious

I haven't gone to Jimmy's for awhile, but I was very pleased with the service. I ordered online for pickup asap and it said it would be 30 min. I went to the restaurant after only about 10 min thinking it would not be ready, but it was. Fast service, and the sub and wrap we ordered were great. Thanks.

Placed an order online for delivery from this location. One item was incorrect. When I called to point this out the person I spoke to was pretty rude, short and accusatory. They never apologized and acted like I was a bother. Probably just don't bother with this location if you can order from elsewhere.Update: Despite the response from corporate, the owner of this franchise never responded. Clearly they don't care that their staff treat customers badly, so I stand by what I said and void this rathole of a location.

JL horrible customer service - this is the second and LAST for this place. If the employees don't want to work here, quit.. terrible, couldn't be worse, couldn't be more terrible..if I could give them -5 starts I would. I will be writing the franchisor for this location. I hope you lose the franchise..

Placed order at 10:50am and after calling twice it finally came at 12:50pm, same excuses as the others, was told they are under staffed and don't have drivers, last 2 orders were just as bad at a almost 2 hour delivery...and when you call the store they do not offer to do anything about the situation other then tell you it's just how it is right now. Who wants a sandwich that's been sitting out for 2 hours...

Ordered online almost an hour passed and had not gotten my order called they stated it'd be another hour to hour and a half because of no staffing or drivers. This should have been stated in the app when ordered. Food it usually very good at this place.

Always come here when I can't decide what I want and never am I disappointed. However, i would really like if you guys brought back the caprese sub. That was by far my favorite sub you guys have ever had.

Do not order delivery from this location. Not only will you wait 2 hours, but your food will not be fresh when it arrives. I ordered one sub at 12pm, and the tracking said it was out for delivery at 1pm. It then arrived at 2pm (2 hours on the road?). Once it arrived the food was inedible and the drink had all of its ice melted. Terrible experience.

Don’t bother trying to order from this location, consistently understaffed so deliveries take forever. Even if you do a pre order and give them enough time to prepare the quality of the sandwich is a total toss up, best bet is to just go inside or order from somewhere else. Just waited for over an hour for my food while on break at work and it didn’t show up till after my lunch was over.

Every time I've ordered delivery from this Jimmy Johns it's taken over an hour. This is the worst, least efficient store in the chain. I would go anywhere else if possible. They were also very rude when I called to check on the status of my order on the phone.
