First time at the new location & I did not have a good experience. A coworker did not have good things to say about this place but I went there anyways with 7 family members. The server was also not very smart/good at her job, she stood behind me without saying a word, not until I turned around and asked her what she needed she asked what I wanted to drink..not to mention we waited 30+ minutes for our food & she forgot my extra sides on top of my forgotten meal. I ordered the pork taco dinner and it just lacked flavor! Everyone got their meals but my dish was nowhere to be seen, I waited 10 minutes after everyone else got theirs. Overall, this was not a good experience for an over $170 bill. Being hispanic myself, the food lacked authenticity. I wish the salsa for my chips didn’t taste like bland tomato juice. We do not plan to be back.

Just really not the best service. Food was decent, and the wait time was incredibly long. Personally not going back.

We had several dishes including fajitas, soup, and margaritas, among a few other things. Everything was poorly balanced or incredibly bland. Margaritas were lime juice, and that's about it. First time I think I've ever salted Mexican food in my life. Service was great. The server was very pleasant.

Way too hot inside the restaurant. Try using AC sometime. Food tasted subpar. The Mariachi singers were annoyingly loud.

New spot is nice and food is decent, but the margaritas are very disappointing. Wish they had a fresh squeezed option, the mix they use is not good.

Excellent food and service. Best deal in town for inexpensive authentic Mexican. So happy with the new location, too.

Would highly recommend! This was our first time trying them tonight and we were very impressed. Very friendly, polite, attentive service. Super delicious food, my husband said his tacos “transported him to flavor town” LOL, but everything was wonderful! I also really enjoyed my margarita, would definitely come again. ???

My husband and I went here for dinner on Jan 27; we wanted to try the new place that's been getting so much buzz. After dining there I gotta say, I don't get it. My husband ordered tacos and I had the enchiladas; both dishes were very bland and lacked any flavor or imagination. The food was hot and it came out of the kitchen fast, but it was not good. We also each ordered a medium sized regular margarita on the rocks, $9 a glass. The margarita mix had a very tart artificial / chemical lime flavor and very little if any alcohol. When I pointed this out to the bartender he laughed and added a shot of (rail) tequila to my drink. The dining room was very busy but life is too short to eat mediocre flavorless Mexican food! We will never go to this restaurant again.

What a major disappointment. My wife and I had a taste for Mexican food and decided to try margaritas Mexican grill because of all of the great reviews Needless to say we'll never go back. My wife's food was cold and our food along with the salsa was tasteless. Sorry for such a bad review but it's true. As an owner you should try tasting your food before serving it to your customers.

Finally, they're open! Place looks great, new and clean. Our server was attentive and prompt. The free pico, salsa, and chips were fresh, delicious. My husband and I shared a combination plate of pork taco, chicken enchilada and ground beef chimichanga. All were very good. I was surprised that the beef in the chimi had a lot of flavor. Usually, I don't like the beef most restaurants serve. Several diners ordered fajitas, which looked, smelled and sounded amazing. We're going to get that next time. I also loved the Paloma drink. Not too sweet, perfect.
