This used to he a very nice McDonalds but over the years the service quality has really dropped off, along with the professional touch. The food is still fine but the service doesn't seem to match other fast food businesses, like the nearby Culvers.

Service as slow as a ?, only 2 customers in the restaurant, food was nearly as cold as the temperature, it appears that the employee is eating more of the food then gets served. Overall just about the same as any other McDonald's. Wont be long until each mcnugget costs tree

Meh. Not great, not bad. It's a McDonald's, you know what you're getting unless you manage to find yourself in a different country's McDonald's. Now that would be a five star experience. Out of all the places that I've been to, Japan tops the list for Best McDonald's experiences, followed by Hong Kong. Waukesha McDonald's is down low on the list. But it's not bad.

Waited in drive Thru for 10 mins no one ever answered or took order. I said hello at least 20 times. This seems to be a normal thing at this mc Donald. Left and went to bk. Thats was gross. Thank mc Donald's for sucking. Now I'm at work hungry.
