I stopped in yesterday, Easter Sunday, I ordered a MC flurry in the Shamrock flavor with Oreos, and whipped cream.....not only did the kid give a concoction that looked like somebody puked in it, he forgot the whipped cream and to top it off he had one of the worst attitudes I ever experienced...Never go there again...

McDonalds has really lost the things that make them great. At this particular restaurant, no one was at the front cashier station. I understand in today's society we have lost the friendly service and are forced to put our orders in electronically, but I prefer to interact with actual people. My receipt came out blank from the electronic order box. When I finally got someone's attention regarding this, I was told that the paper was put in incorrectly. They knew it, but didn't seem to care to change it. Others had to come up and request receipts. McDonalds hamburgers are so thin now, as well as the buns, that if you hold the meat up, it looks like a waffle with holes. The meat tastes differently as well. Their fries are always good but no longer worth the trip unless you are willing to buy fries only there and jump to a place like Kopps that gives you hefty portions and good quality meat. I would rather go to Chick-fil-A and get their products. The workers are taught to be polite and friendly rather than just standing around ignoring the customers.

Went there for lunch with my son. The play area is not well maintained at all. All the tables were dirty we had to wipe one done just to use it. Nothing was swept and there were ants on the ground. When I told the front about it the cashier said she’d tell manager. Manger heard and as I was walking away was told about the ants being back. Rudely she replied “yea. I know” no one was sent to clean the room either.

We ordered Happy Meals for four elementary students and the order arrived and we were missing all the happy meal drinks!!!! AND MCDONALDS WAS NOT WILLING TO COME BACK AND DELIVER THE DRINKS FOR THE STUDENTS ... REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH MCDONALDS ...BUMMER FOR THE KIDS...

I prefer this McD's over all other Waukesha locations. Friendly staff, hot food, and I have never had a bad experience over the years. So not sure why others have. However I am really easy going and understand some people are harder to please. Today was another reason why I prefer this restaurant. I had to wait just a few extra minutes in the drive-thru for fresh fries, no problem at all..they were hot, crispy, and delicious! Along with a McChicken and double cheeseburger which were both perfect. Kids love the Play Place too, those are sadly disappearing. Will keep coming back to this location!

During the lunch hour, the ketchup, napkins, and ketchup cups were completely out of stock for people. We had to wait in line for 5 more minutes only to be handed 3 tiny ketchup packets for a group of 5
