Sat here for over half an hour and asked for money back. Horrible service will never return. And these people want $15 an hour, it’s laughable they all stood around doing nothing.

I originally went in for a free reward which I asked about an egg roll , they said they were out I was confused as it was noon. I then asked are they out and they said it will take 10-12 minutes I would have been okay with that so I had to cancel that and spend my own money on a Rangoon. I ordered a large and she said let me check if there is enough. After checking she bagged the food and I checked the amount there was only 11. So I went in and they kept saying “it was a mistake” and didn’t even offer a substitute until I made an issue out of it. The manager took no action and the employee blamed a mistake after counting the Rangoon’s. I confronted the manager asking “how does this happen” and she said “must have been a mistake”. Very rude service after cooking the new Rangoons the one singular new one was cold as well as my original 11 Rangoon’s. Very disappointed I hope something is done about this they knowingly did not give the amount required in a large order. They should have something done about it.

The negative reviews are brutal... I hit the drive thru around 1230pm. The gal was super nice on the mic and confirmed my order. The was really friendly at the window and accommodated my request for chopsticks.I got back to my office 5 minutes away and the food was delicious.

Awful experience. No more 2nd chances. Does this place have any management? How can they be so irresponsible and disrespectful to their patrons. How do you have a menu but run out of food on 3 out of 4 visits and to not be told until after you have paid and sat in a drive thru. If this Manager got docked every time "they ran out of food", the manager would pay Panda Express to work there. Pathetic disgusting place. Either manage this restaurant or close it.

Worst Panda Express to give your business to, 6th time in a row I show up an hour before close and they are out of 75% of their selection. I was told it’s because they are slow. You’re slow because no one wants to give you business. I will no longer going to this location.

This is the worst Panda Express location we have ever been to. Every single time you go, they are out of multiple menu items with the excuse that it’s either still frozen, or they’re waiting for a shipment. When you get lucky, and they do have what you want (even though they’re out of everything else) they’ll tell you it’ll be a 5-10 minute wait, and you’ll wait a half hour. Today I tried to go again (for the last time), and I was told that they only had orange chicken and one other entree for the entire day. How do you run a restaurant with none of the menu items consistently available!? On top of all of that, the employees are rude and dismissive. I would love to know who owns this place, and how they can possibly be ok with how it’s run!? There’s no way they aren’t constantly losing customers.

Drove 30 min and they were closed because supposedly they didn’t have enough people .. even though there were 4 people standing around and doing nothing .. one of them was outside smoking… lazy people and don’t want to work !
