I would have to say this Panera is better than Delafield. The staff here is much more friendly.The food speaks for itself, the mac and cheese is awesome, the salads are delicious.

Was in the store and sat to eat . Our neice met us there we had or lunch and talked for about 1 1/2 hrs . Never seen anyone from the back come out and clean any tables ? People were cleaning there own tables ? Just to set and eat ! When did the service get this bad ?Parking: Waukesha South store by Target and Buffalo Wild wings !Wheelchair accessibility: Good for any Handicap people ! Every level ground .

I ordered through the drive thru. Ordered Pick 2. Wanted to try the new Bacon avocado melt and got a green goddess salad. Waited 20 min. Watched 4 employees good around while I waited. Got home—is this really the standard amount of bacon that comes on this sandwich? Bacon crumbles?? Poor quality. For $13 I’ll go elsewhere for a mediocre meal

Food here is always good! Pepperoni melt and Autumn Pumpkin soup are excellent. Couple drink lids haven't been on all the way at drive-thru recently which is why Service got 4☆.
This location is horrible about their bread. Today is officially the 4th time we have went in at 7pm and there is literally no bread for sandwhiches. We were told we could put our sandwhiches on bagels. No. Start baking more bread before we stop visiting your location, because we have came and left 4 seperate

The food was good as always, but what made today's visit special was the young lady (Dani) who took our order. Dani was exceptionally polite, respectful, and accommodating, but what we didn't expect was her attentiveness. While cleaning the dining area Dani stopped by our table to ask how our food was and if there was anything else we needed, a little bit later, while doing her duties straightening up the dining area, Dani offered to remove the dishes from our table. None of what I described would be considered exceptional in a full service restaurant, but her attention was above and beyond what is expected at Panera. Dani's pleasant demeanor was a pleasant surprise and made our dining experience enjoyable. If someone reading this has the authority to commend Dani for her exceptional service, we ask that you do.

4:00 on a Saturday. Ordered Green Goodess salad, was told they were out of Green Goodess dressing they could give me Cesar. Ordered whole salad came the size of a small, no avocados or cherry tomatoes.
