We went there last night for a birthday dinner and I am so beyond impressed with the service. Our waitress was absolutely incredible. We had a very large group and she was on top of everything. The food was great and it was a wonderful experience. 10/10

My husband and I have driven past this place numerous times and never dropped in to eat. Well we finally got the courage to stop in on April 6th. It was a little bit busy, but we were seated right away. I gotta say for a burger joint, it was pretty fricking good, nothing spectacular by any means. Also overpriced for what we got. Our waitress (Neisha) was outstanding. One of the best waitresses I've seen in a long time. She was helping other tables as well, but was very attentive and helpful with us. She should be training service people at HiWay Harry's ?. Will definitely be going back to try something different on the menu. Looking forward to seeing you again soon Neisha. Keep up the outstanding job. Will not forget to ask for you, hopefully you will be working next time we stop in. ?❤️?

I had a reservation on a Saturday evening at 6pm for a group of almost 20 to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday. We were welcomed immediately with a warm welcome and shown to our tables in a semi private room. Our waitress, Artie welcomed us with a warm, energetic energy and started taking drink orders immediately. She would return periodically to take more drink orders as the rest of our party arrived until all were present. She took our food order and offered to put my daughter's cupcakes in the refrigerator until after our meal then brought them back when requested. She was prompt, attentive and friendly. I have never had a better experience with a waitress ever in my life and the individuals in my party were still talking about her the next day. She even joined my party in singing happy birthday to my daughter. We received our food quickly and it was hot and delicious. We had a lot of build your own burger meals, a prime rib, a few kid meals, and a BLT meal and only had one person in my party not like their meal and said the prime rib had no flavor. Aside from that, everyone enjoyed their meal. Drinks were great. The Cider Boys First Press was just as good as the first time I had it there. Some of us from our party hit the game room with the kids and spent too much money ha! but had a great time being kids again! Sometimes i think the adults are worse than the kids in that game room Haha The only other negative was, the room we were in, there were no ceiling fans allowing for air flow and it was really hot and uncomfortable after getting a few other parties in there. Overall, Point Burger Bar and its staff, made my daughter's 13th birthday a success! Thank you!
Great Service. Our server Portzy (?) was very attentive to our needs. Very polite. Some of our group was running late and she was ok with that. Food was very good. Nice portions. Our 5 yr old grandson loved the game room, especially the air hockey table. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

One of the worse server experiences I have ever had. Overall not inviting or friendly at all. Came to table and didn't introduce herself. Did not take drink orders after asking if we needed more time with menu. Took drink orders and food orders together 5 min later. When bringing drinks out, brought zero straws. The kicker to it all is after we all paid the bill we did not get full change back. I had a 14.69 bill. Gave 20 and got a 5 back with no change. No explanation. Left the cash returned with us like she didn't jip us on the change. And it wasn't just for me. It was also for the 4 other people who paid cash.
