I order from this Qdoba location for the first time; and the service was absolutely terrible. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional; especially the female employee with purple hair. This particular employee made an offense comment; regarding my order and attempted to have her fellow employees in agreement. Overall, the experience was horrible! I would recommend not visiting this location; unless you want to waste your money on extremely small portion sizes and be met with unprofessionalism.

I had a negative experience at Qdoba where a manager was loud, abrasive, and tried to overcharge me for a small cup of pico. When my wife questioned his behavior, he accused her of wanting free food. Additionally, he refused to provide his name and insisted comment cards were only for rewards members. Disappointing customer service and lack of accountability.

Very enthusiastic about the Packers. One of the employees either was hard of hearing or couldn't speak English well. They still got my order right it just took a little longer. Which is fine.
Every time we order on the app, the food comes up short. You select lettuce? There’s 3 pieces of lettuce in your bowl. You want to add extra protein? There’s a baby hand sized scoop of extra protein. The people behind the counter there seem to really not enjoy their jobs. Nobody has a smile, nobody is friendly, just robotic order takers. Almost every time we order from this location it’s significantly disappointing.

I have been to this location many times. I will be 100% honest I personally do not enjoy food from Qdoba period. I prefer other restaurants in this category over Qdoba and would choose them. I go to eat at Qdoba with my mom because she enjoys it. With that said, every time we go to this location the service and food have much to be desired. Tonight was no different in those areas; however, in the food safety area, there were a couple MAJOR issues.I'm not just complaining either, I have a professional academic background in culinary, have taught culinary and worked in foodservice in many roles over the past 20 years. I also have earned my ServSafe certification from the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, which I assume, this location should have employees that are certified as well. From my side of the counter, there were quite a number of issues but the following are two major ones that I just cannot overlook. The employee making my food was not wearing a head covering (doesn't matter that he is bald) OR a beard net. His beard was grown out about 5in past his chin. Not wearing a beard net is completely unacceptable! Also, two other employees were not wearing head coverings while making food on the line. This included the manager on duty. Restaurants that do not comply with basic food safety practices are not places I would recommend eating at. If these practices are not being followed who knows what other safety practices may not be followed. This is how people get very sick and foodborne illness is nothing to mess around with.
