Where did you go? I'm so sad you're not open

Apparently they are out of business. The store front was all papered up

This is a difficult update to make, since this was a family favorite. We were told Sakura is under new management, and they have taken a serious nosedive! Most Sushi has been removed from their menu, and the rolls my sons and I ordered were by FAR the worst we’ve ever eaten. Service was quite bad, to the point that one of our appetizers was brought to us well after dinner was ordered. My wife’s order came to the table after we were done with our orders, and it was wrong and gross!Very sad to loose a family favorite….

A nice little sushi place. Ordered nigiri dinner but received sashimi dinner. Waitress very apologetic and fixed it as fast as possible. I will say that the sushi didn't live up to the hype of some of these reviews though. Since there are a lot of sushi restaurants I probably would choose a better one next time.

I never write reviews but this place went above and beyond! Came here to celebrate my 20th birthday with my friends and family and our waitress went above and beyond. Coming in I requested a table for 9 people and was seated immediately after the staff moved tables and chair around for us. Our waitress was very patient while we waited for our table to arrive. Taking our order she was very friendly as well, and all our food came out at the same time. She also gave me a special glass with stars on it since I was the birthday girl, haha, and kept referring to me as such. My sister made a cake for me and was nervous about it being allowed in, but our waitress was very kind about it and even asked to try some lol. It was very sweet. She even brought me out a little mochi with a lot candle in it as well, and put tinfoil on the bottom of the candle so wax didn’t melt on it. We used that same candle on my birthday cake, and my sister in law tried lighting a match but she was too far away and it went out before reaching the candle. Our waitress offered to light it for us right away. She was very attentive to all our needs!Long story short, our food was really good, it was a cute ambiance, and everyone enjoyed our time here. Thank you so much, you went all out!! ??

Delicious food, and fast and friendly service. Can't wait to go back. We tried the pork gyoza, yakisoba, bulgogi, chicken katsu, eel roll, and shrimp tempura roll. All were absolutely delicious.

I honestly don’t know how they have such good ratings. I normally don’t go out of my way to write a bad review but our experience was horrible. Their service wasn’t great and it took a long time to get our food. By the time we did I don’t think they even gave us the right sushi. It was hard to tell because all four of us ordered sushi for take out and they packed the four orders into two boxes So our sushi was all mixed together. All of this I was willing to ignore since they were a bit busy. But the food was awful. All four of us ended up tossing out our food and we hate wasting food. No flavor and it tasted like we were all biting into balls of cream cheese and nothing else. Don’t waste your money on aesthetic and the fact that is a cute restaurant.

So delicious. We order from here several times a month. Tonight we ordered the blossom roll and it was delightful! Sashimi always tastes fresh. We appreciate you guys ?

This is one of those hidden gems in downtown Waukesha. If you love quality sushi, then look no further. Chef Jin is an artist that will prepare meals that practically melt in your mouth.Their "Green Sky" roll is my all-time favorite roll, ANYWHERE. It's spicy, citrus flavor is different and refreshing, and makes my wife think of summer. But, don't mix this ponzu topped dish with soy.Fantastic service and food keep me craving my next visit.

Went to this location the other day with my partner for sushi. Ordered the sweet potato and pumpkin rolls which were honestly not great, but doubled down and tried their prince roll as well as a few others and those were GREAT, as was the salad. the service was amazing and the waitress was more than friendly to us. I would 100% recommend this location, just maybe stay away from the veggie sushi ?

Recommendations: Citron Tea, Gigimi, Las Vegas roll, crazy winter roll, and the house salad to take home! This is my favorite sushi place! Nothing else compares. I love that it is a small local business run by a family. I feel really good about supporting this restaurant. The owners are incredibly kind people. The wait staff always provides top tier service and the sushi is fantastic. I don't really bother getting sushi anywhere else because it can't hold a flame to this place!Vegetarian options: My friend always orders vegetarian sushi
