Went there this morning and spilled the whole glass of my coffee on the floor. Kyle was very nice helping me clean up and made me a new cup of coffee right away. He was very helpful and friendly.

I've been to this location a handful of times and every single time I went, I was left waiting for my drink for over ten minutes. It did not matter if it was a busy-ish time or dead at 6am, I was always left waiting. The staff is nice and the location is clean but if you are coming here to pop in and out for your daily drink, don't.

Stopped by on my way to work to grab a cup of coffee before work and unknowingly was charged $10.41 for a venti cup of coffee that costs $3.25. Didn’t realize it until I got to work so it is what it is. Then a couple days later I’m in with my wife and I’m charged $4.25 for the $3.25 venti coffee. When my wife questioned the employee about the up charge he snapped at her and told her they launched a new product and prices go up. Officially DONE with Starbucks! I hope they all strike for more money and lose their jobs because they’re rude and incompetent.

Every time I come to this location, it takes forever in the drive through. One car was sitting at the window for 9 minutes. The point of a drive through is to be quick and efficient. This location is horrible at quick service. Not to mention, they frequently mess up my drink. Go to the location on mooreland instead.

I ordered from the mobile app today and it said my order would be ready by 3:16pm. I walk in to grab my order and it’s not ready so I stand and wait by mobile order pick up, no one acknowledges me or says anything. About five minutes later someone asked me if I had an order and I said yes did you get an order for Solomon and he says we’re working on it. I stand there for about two more minutes and then go to sit down they are not bothered I’m there and wait for someone to come from the back to make my drinks. 25 minutes later she calls my name and walks away. The worst experience at Starbucks in the 20+ years I’ve gone.
