I placed a mobile order and picked it up in store. It took a bit longer than I expected for the order to be ready (slow service given the order) but it was alright in the end. The food is pretty average compared to other Starbucks locations; it’s about the same taste and quality anywhere. I think this location is okay. First time at this Starbucks. It's in a nice location, right off of a busy highway. Big and roomy, lots of different places to sit. They made my special chai latte perfectly. Nice foam :)Fun fact: after using the restroom I could not find the towels or hand dryer. Turns out the dryer is now part of the sink. The 3rd fixture on the right. Ingenious!

I placed a mobile order for in store pick up and when I walked in I was instantly greeted with happy smiles and a welcoming good morning, not the fake customer service good morning just because it’s their job. This location is so kind and they literally made the best cup of coffee to top it off. Not all Starbucks are the same and this location is definitely my favorite because of the kind people staffed there.

Scummy intimidation tactics to force clients to tip prior to paying and prior to their drink even being prepared, so staff can spit in your drink if you don't tip enough. Maybe just pay your staff a living wage and stop trying to take advantage of your customers.

Very friendly staff and good service. Drive through area is very long to accommodate for when there is a rush/backup, avoiding cars overflowing onto to the busy street.
