I was extremely disappointed. I've been to this place twice to try to use my gift cards and they refused them. They don't even look at them they just say we don't take them go to another Subway. I've tried to complain to Subway itself and not received any response.

It's ridiculous to charge a footlong price for what turns out to be a 6 inch wrap ($12.99). My fault for not reading the menu in its entirety before placing my order; but regardless of that, Subway is taking advantage of customers with this up-charge for an item that is less substantial (but higher in calories...?) than a 6 inch bread choice. Disappointing!

Had the most Awful experience with the Subway on W Sunset- Waukesha WI. I ordered 2 subs online to be picked app at 7:55 PM I walked in the person who I'm assuming was the owner/ manager was still making them at 8pm as he was making them i asked if there was even lettuce on the subs as 1 sub ordered had all vegs + extra lettuce. the other sub was normal, w/ vegs. I asked if there's even lettuce on these and he said I don't need lettuce If u put lot on it wont close. usually get extra lettuce & they use handful not sprinkle as u did. He cintinued making & ignored me and handed subs. I got it home I opened the sub and it was absolutely ridiculous. pitiful. I took pictures. I called him back and said I wanted new sub made with what i ordered. He told me he is not giving me new subs & bring g my old And that he would give me my money back. I had to drive back to the Store -10 Min Away. He then kept saying he will cancel order, i told him i want refund on card or cash! And we kept arguing how i was going to be refunded as he kept saying he will just cancel order!!! I finally got cash i paid back. He then put gloves on and opened to inspect Sandwiches and showed me & said there is your lettuce I can count on 2 handson many pieces of lettuce was on these sandwiches! . I have pictures for the proof. I will never visit that store again. I cannot believe how I was treated. I am glad i have options as subway may never see my face again!

Wow. This place just randomly elects to not honor SUBWAY coupons. Wasted my time travelling to a SUBWAY that has arbitrary discount policies. Will not be returning.

Customer Service was good but was shorted pretty badly on the amount of grilled chicken i was given. Once i noticed how little grilled chicken i had on my sandwich, I asked if i could pay for extra chicken. I then watched as the lady picked up two small pieces of chicken with a scoop. At that point i just said nevermind to the “extra” chicken and took the loss. I’d advise going to another restaurant if you're bulking or counting macros
