Unfortunately this location has went downhill over the last 6 months (new owners/mgmt). I use to go 2-3 times a week, and have just stopped going all together now. The quality of bread / veggies has declined. A few rude team members, Customer line ups are longer, and I can clearly see / hear other team members in the back. And on-line orders are ever ready on-time and are just sitting behind the counter. Why can’t they be put on the pick-up rack.A disappointment customer, who wants to return, but will not.

Eaten here a handful of times, usually place my order ahead of time on the website or app. About 50% of the time the order is wrong. Management states they will do better next time but doesn't manage to do that and doesn't care to correct the immediate situation either. At it's best it's an average experience. At it's worst it's inedible.

Place has gone downhill, bread is always crumbling, probably old. I asked for new bread once and he just gave me the same stuff and gaslit me about it. Ingredients are often left out of my order. Workers kind of have an attitude. Always have to pick up order at counter and wait in line even though I preordered. Why can’t I pick it up at the pick up stand anymore?

This has been my go to work lunch store for many years. The staff was always great and my online order for my sub would always be ready when I arrived at the store.Unfortunately, everything has gone way down hill recently. They started to not accept any coupons, even the ones that corporate spams as national deals. The staff seems to have been completely replaced and the new staff has failed to have made my online order 5/5 times I have placed it, even when I showed up 15 minutes past the time my order was for.It sucks, but I'm going to start making a bit longer drive to a different location when I decide to get subway for lunch.
