Smallest taco bell burrito I have ever had. First 3 bites were only tortilla, eventually I got a small taste of the filling. Really just depressing... Even for my late night taco bell drive :(

This taco bell is my favorite of the local ones, the food is always hot, they are pretty quick about getting orders taken and food served, they definitely do better than some of the others at filling up the items you order, I've never gotten a half empty quesadilla, or a taco that had barely any meat, I also just tried that new enchilada dipping taco, and they give enough sauce for like 3 of them, and it is phenomenal, I even dipped my taco I got with the quesadilla and it was good on that too.

Took 2 months and fighting tooth and nail to get our money back. 1 hour of waiting and the food wasn't ready. We had just left the vet and found out our dog had maybe 1 week to live. We wanted something quick to just get home. 1 hour of waiting! Finally summoned the (disgusting) "manager", and said we are done waiting, I want our money back. He said to cancel on the app. There was no option to. So we left and went to Panda which took less then 10 minutes. When we got home, we got a notification that our food at Taco Bell was ready. She opened a dispute at her bank, didn't work. Called the customer service multiple times and boy are they a treat. Rude. 5 attempts later and just got off the phone with a terrible customer service rep. No real apology, just a script. still need to wait 5-7 days. Couldn't issue a gift card to us which is a joke. We paid 30 bucks for a 2 month hassle. We expect a reasonable gift card. Close this location down, and hire more people to answer your customer service calls. Each time we call it's 30 minutes. ridiculous.
I have been to this Taco Bell about a month ago and couldn’t get service when they were open at 1pm. I went back today and stood inside and couldn’t get helped because they were too occupied with talking. I will never go back to this Taco Bell again. The service is terrible. Add this to the list of places that aren’t worth going to.

Horrible service. Waited 5 minutes before someone said be right with you. Then she went to rest room. Next lady didnt come help, instead went made food. I had to ask again after 3 more minutes and told me she'd be right with me she was making food. Tgere was a gentleman that could have made the food there. Ice machine did not work i believe lobby soda machine is broke sodas flat an warm. What has happened to our fast food restaurants

Not sure how anyone can give this place anything but a 1 star.. it makes me wonder who actually owns these stores and if they even care. The ice machine in the lobby has literally been broken for months.. they give you a cup with a little bit of ice and then you fill it from a warm soda machine... Super gross. It's insanely slow and the food is mediocre at best.. Drive 5 more minutes down the road and hit up Taco John's. Much better
