I hate to give low reviews, but when you spend 40 minutes waiting to get to the speaker/ get your food, it fully warrants it. I honestly expected there to be 1 person working, but there were at least 2 people. Each order took roughly 10 minutes to make from what I could tell. If I hadn't placed an online order that was already paid for I wouldn't have waited and would have gone to the Pewaukee location, which I've never had an issue at (and I wouldhave gotten back home with probably 15 to 20 minutes to spare). PLEASE get this store staffed or close it!! You're putting a ton of strain on your employees and pissing a lot of customers off based on similar reviews.

My husband picked up take out soft tacos. I wish I could attach the picture of our tacos. Tacos had sprinkles of meat and cheese the rest was filled with lettuce and sour cream. Absolutely awful! No way would I recommend this taco bell.

We sat for 30 minutes waiting for my friends order. I got mine and was done before she got anything. Staff was very busy working the drive through but should have paid attention to dine in patrons. Will never come back. My food was mediocre at best!

So the store manager Andrew is telling customers that he has a gun on him and will shoot them intentionally being rude, asking customers what else do you want and expecting them not to get upset very disrespectful his tone and his demeanor is very disrespectful if you don’t like your job get a new one I will be calling corporate as well you should be careful how you talk to people you never know how someone is and what someone is going through this whole situation could’ve been on the news tonight because you wanted to be stupid and ignorant and the fact that you said this wasn’t the first person that you got into it with tonight is crazy just crazy

Spare yourself the hour drive thru times and drive the extra 5 minutes to the Taco Bell down the road. Waited 50 minutes and saw the employees goofing off in the store. A wait is understandable when these stores and understaffed and underpaid but this is absolutely unacceptable.
