My family and I usually come here during the week and we stopped coming here because it seems like the service is starting to lack. But we decided to give it another chance and we came out on a Friday around 4:30. Took the server about 15 minutes to come to the table when she did come to the table she apologized cuz she just got there and she told us that she got four tables at once. We got our drinks after our appetizer ( 15 mins later), the fried pickles are usually our favorite but this time it was super greasy. Drinks were really good thumbs up to the bartender. When we got our food we have already been here for an hour and a half. Wanted to tell the server about my husband's rubbery chicken but she never checked on us until the very end and at that point we were ready to go! Again this used to be my favorite spot but I can't waste $100 every time I come here!

My wife and I went to the restaurant at approximately 130 pm on a Sunday afternoon. We went in and got seated shortly after we arrived. We were seated in a booth and the bartender told us she would be with us in a moment. 10 minutes go by and we hadn't even gotten our drinks so we requested to be reseated. It's not really the bartenders fault because she had a full bar to tend to. The bartender should not be a waitress for those sitting at tables.We got to our new table and were greeted within a couple moments. Placed our food and drink water finally. Got our drinks, salad and rolls. Our appetizer was taking awhile and so I asked about it. The waitress went and checked and got it. It was barely warm and seemed like it had been sitting for awhile. We eat that and continue to wait for our main course. After 20 minutes I asked a manager about the status because we hadn't seen our waiter for awhile. She checked and apparently our food wasn't being prepared yet. The manager offered to comp the meal and we told her that it had to be boxed up because we wouldn't have time to eat at the restaurant anymore. When we finally got the food, the order was missing a portion of food. We requested a full rack of ribs with our combo and got barely a half. At this point, we took what was there and just left. We simply had no time to wait anymore because we had another engagement.Overall, we were at the restaurant for well over an hour and did not even get to eat our actual meal there because of the poor service. While the meal was comped, our time is more valuable than $40. We will never go to this location again and will be sure to tell our cohorts to avoid this at all costs.

This was the worst meal I’ve had at Texas Roadhouse. When we walked in I could see inside the kitchen. I watched an employee dig a receipt out of the garbage and place it on a plate with food to go out to someone. I wanted to leave but my wife wanted to stay so we waited for a table. Got our food steak was the toughest steak I’ve had from Texas Roadhouse. This location is not the same quality as others. Maybe skip this one.

This is the only restaurant where the manager mistreats clients and do not accept that a customer sit down with their party because I was late do to a medical emergency. He do not let me to sit down with them, because the party was complete. It was a birthday party and people who came They reserved for 12 people 1 cancel last minute and this manager was soooo intransigent do not accept any offer from us. He wants to charge 20 % more to each person, I offer to order food he said not, we offer to get another table he said not, I offer to pay for my drinks at the bar and set with them he said not omg he was a very bad person not even for any thing he said it was a rule that I told him to show me and he can’t show me that it was very upsetting, embarrassing and very disrespectful Bad person !!!!

Hit and miss this visit, service was terrible, some didn't get their entire order and one person's chicken was so hard they couldn't chew it, sent it back for a refund, he couldn't eat anything else it tuned his stomach so much. Had to ask multiple times for items and even then didn't get what was asked for.
