My teenage son and I have ate at this location twice now. The food itself is pretty good. The service has not been the greatest. Our first experience was insignificant, probably because we went quite late and it wasn't very busy. The second time we went it was very busy. We stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while all the staff were in the kitchen making food. I understand if they need "all hands on deck" to make the orders, but someone could at least acknowledge us and tell us it will be a minute to take our order. We finally placed our order and sat down to wait. We were watching the kitchen and noted that their food ticket printer ran out of paper. It took them several minutes to figure out how to replace the paper. When they finally did, it printed out so many food orders, the sting of paper was longer than a CVS receipt. This was a combo ov walk in orders and online/carry out orders. They seemed overwhelmed and proceeded to just randomly slap all the tickets up to make. They didn't bother to organize them by time. We started to notice that customers that came in well after we did, were getting their food. At this point it had been 20 minutes so I talked to the manager and showed him my receipt. He looked at my receipt, didn't say anything back and just went back to the kitchen. I stood there for a couple minutes to see if he was bringing my food but he was just helping with other orders. I sat back down and we waited another 12 minutes before we got our food from the manager with no apology or comment about the wait time. Other than this, they don't have any garbage cans out so people just leave their trays and food siting on the tables. It's also a big college crowd with Carroll University near by so expect late teen, early 20's behavior if you dine in. I guess I'm an old man, but most of these kids got up and didn't even bother to push in their chairs. Wouldn't be a big deal if the staff came out and cleaned up the dining area, but I never saw that. All this to say, maybe carry out is the best bet....

Do not eat here unless you want to wait more than 30 minutes for your order. The woman in the back was texting on her phone instead of making food, and people who ordered after us with just as many people in their party got their food long before we did.

My mom and I came in for bone-in wings. The guy who took our order was either on drugs or just not bright. We ordered to eat in, and they packaged it to go. She got a 6 peice combo, I got a ten. Every single peice was a drumstick. Isn't it called Wing Stop? Not a single wing. Never going

Well, I decided to give it a shot , afthe work, although I was having mixed reviews from people, so wanna to see for myself. ? was yummy hot & fresh, the wings were alright, just perfed all flats tho instead of the lil dumms, cashier gal was nice & polite the place was clean! Had Pleasant din din ?
I’m not sure what went wrong here… i came here around the summer and ordered a take out and the food was really good. However, i came here a week ago and food was absolutely terrible. I had ordered boneless wings and they gave me the complete opposite… i didn’t end up eating them. Fries were too sweet. To add on, im not sure if they make the ranch there but it had clumps very disgusting and not good at all. The cookers must be the problem here.
