“We got the crispy chicken dumplings (#1a) and the fresh pork spicy cat ear noodles (#28). The cat ear noodles were SO GOOD - I especially liked the wood ear mushrooms in it, they were absolutely delicious! This food was so delightful. I’ve heard good things about Taigu and wanted to give it a try myself, and I am very happy with the experience. The portions were large, so one entre can feed 2 people. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone! So good!!!“

“Delicious! Great price. Its also authentic, which is important to me and can be hard to find in the midwest. I don't love the ambiance here for dining in the restaurant, but the food is really, really, good. Go for the food. By the way, don't try to park next to it, you see it's downtown!“

“Loved it! I stopped by for lunch and the service was great and the food was delicious. The beef vermicelli dish looked huge but it was just right with all the veggies. The #1 egg rolls were perfect. This was my first time but I'll be back.“

“I love this place! My friends and I go here all the time. It's a great place for a casual hangout or even a birthday dinner! I normally get the rice noodles with bone-in beef or bone-in pork, and it is always delicious. You get so much food for such a great price. The broth was so rich and savory, and the mixture of toppings in the broth paired perfectly with the meat and noodles. In addition, the food comes out so quickly and the staff are always so helpful and understanding! I highly recommend going here if you find yourself on University Avenue.“

“We were the only dine in customers at 7 p.m. on a Tuesday night. This restaurant you order at the counter and choose drinks from the cooler. My husband ordered beef udon. He loved it and said he could drink the sauce. I tried a noodle and it was tasty, fresh, and perfectly cooked. We shared the steamed pork dumplings. They were fresh and perfectly cooked. We also ordered crab Rangoon. They had good flavor though a couple of them were really lacking filling. I wished the sweet sour sauce would have been homemade. I had the Tonkatsu Ramen. It was good. The noodles were perfectly cooked. The pork was very flavorful. I just wished there was more. It was sliced extremely thin. Next time I would order extra chashu. The broth was good but needed a little salt. The showstopper in this bowl was the marinated soft boiled egg. So many places overcook their eggs but this one was perfect. We would eat here again. The service was fast and friendly.Parking: We weren't sure where to park. There was a medical clinic across the road and it was closed for the day so we parked there. I'm pretty sure we weren't supposed to but there was no other garages or areas available. We're from out of town so there may have been a place we were unaware of.“

“We love Saigon! This place is our pick whenever we're in the mood for pho soup. The portions are large with a reasonable price, and the broth is so flavorful! We usually get chicken or beef/flank. We also really like the crispy egg rolls, and fresh spring rolls (which come with delicious pickled carrots and daikon and a great peanut sauce). The service is quick and the staff is always courteous. We recommend!“

“We ordered the Pad Thai and the Steak Stroganoff without the steak. Not that I don't like steak, but its not a necessity for me. The price dropped by about $4, and still a great pasta dish. Thank-you Panera for bringing back Steak (Mushroom) Stroganoff!!“

“Ordered buttered noodles and an order of shrimp. When the order came I thought thats not very much food, but was pleasantly surprised when I almost could'nt finish it. Their menu is nothing fancy but is surprisingly good food, and you can eat there without breaking the bank.“

“First time we went to this location; it was great! The staff were super friendly, food was made quickly and was made well. When I'm heading up north, this will be the location we go to for Noodles & Co. from now on - it was that good!“
