I stopped in to place an order at your Waunakee store. At that time he was helping another customer and when that customer's done the cashier walked away another person older gentleman came to the front of the store the phone rang took their order hung up the phone and then walked away no one greeted me when I walked in no one said anything so I walked out I love Papa Murphy's pizza but I will not get in one from your store . I was going to place a three pizza order sorry for the the inconvenience I must have put your employees through

Shockingly disappointing. unprofessional staff, not in uniform and the entire place looked dirty. My order was done wrong and I was talked to inappropriately by the person I asked about it. I try to not be upset because I understand the food industry is tough but the store was not at all busy. Two staff members were standing on phones and talking as well.

I am not the type of person that likes to visit stores at closing time and keep people late, however to say that you stop taking orders at 730pm when you're open until 8pm is absurd. I'm not the first person to call this out. It's been happening without change for at least a year. Clearly they don't care. Even more frustrating is when you read the online responses from the company that tell the reviewer to go online and fill out their survey to get a resolution. Why would you expect the customer to do more work and complete your survey? Just another example of a company that doesn't care. It's too bad because the product is good, but at this location the service is terrible.

The store was slammed on Halloween night. I placed and paid for an order online along with over 100 tickets to be filled between 3:30 and 5:30. I told the manager that I would come back the next night for my order. The next night I came back and my order was lost in the shuffle. I phoned the next day and the manager was expecting to hear from me. He was very apologetic and said he wanted to correct all the confusion. He refunded my payment and he also filled my order. I felt this was handled incredibly well. This is what customer service should be. The Pizza's are always excellent and am trying the calzones with this order. This shop always does a great job at filling orders and is very polite. Of course, we will be returning. I highly recommend the service and quality of food here. If you happen to see a bad review take a look at the date of the review. This shop is cureently doing a great jhob.

I got a salad and half of it was rotted and and slimy which was disappointing and I thought I could just pick it out but it was a lot but I usually like there pizzas this time is was normal crust instead of thin but typically it’s good but this will deter me for a minute 6/29/23

tried to call in for an order and no response. Thinking it was the wrong number we made an online order. Came in to pick up my pizza and both employees were not working on anything. When I told him I was there for my pick up he said we are in the middle of making the pizza. He then went to the back of the store and about 5 min later came back with the dough. In the slowest manner possible he began to make my pizza. While waiting another man came in for a remake because his pizza was wrong and another gentleman came in and was not even acknowledged by a staff member. After waiting for a few min the older staff member who I can only assume was the manager was asked by the customer if he could make an order. His response was "Its gonna be awhile we are very far behind." The customer responded with that's okay can I place an order and just come back in a little bit to pick it up? The assumed manager responded with " No we are really behind this pizza what suppose to be out 15 min ago." After seeing this attitude by the staff I decided to call the same number that I tried to call before as the phone rang and rang for several minutes before. Turns out the number was correct and was just being ignored by both employees. This papa murphy's is easily the worst run I've ever seen. It was not ever that busy when I got there. Any backup in orders was clearly due to lazy employees who clearly don't care about putting fourth any effort at their job. Honestly I'm not even mad. I'm more impressed with how little someone can care about their job. lol

Place has gone downhill, have to go out of town for actual Papa Murphy's now. They don't do extra sauce or follow order instruction, when attempting an order the great act of how long it's going to take basically says 'dont order here'

so this is the third time we’ve called at 7:15 and 7:30 and no one will answer the phone.we live 2 mins away so decide to go there. The first time they made my son wait in line for10 mins than would not take his order. They are rude on the phone, hang up on us and just seem lazy towards the end of the night.If you can’t handle people and are just watching the clock till closing time and hurrying people than you should not be working in customer service…..This is not ok behavior ?

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Ive worked in customer service for 14 years and always treat customer service works with respect. However, thus was my worst customer service interaction ever. Ordering online is an absolute waste of time. Our first order wasn't confirmed on our end so we sent a second order only to then find out both orders were accepted. We called the store and they told us they couldn't refund us or cancel one of the orders because "they just couldn't" but they would give us a free pizza coupon we could use next time. Which we agreed too. They did confirm that they had both our orders... When we went to the store to pick up our order of two large pizzas and 3 cheese bread orders, only the pizza was there. We asked for our sides and we were told they were completely out of sides. Why didn't the website tell us that? Or when we originally called about there being two orders placed? The kid behind the counter would only offer his apologies and said nothing about our original coupon to make things right. After some discussion, an other employee came out of the back and offered us our original coupon because she was who we originally talked to. We were missing about $25 worth of our order and said one coupon would not be enough. Both employees started to argue with us and said there was nothing they could do. We asked about a manager, or leaving our contact information and we were basically told if the manager isn't physically present he won't refund anything and leaving a note won't get us anywhere. The one employee then offered to take back our one pizza and we could put a note on that for the manager. The other employee then started blaming the store being out of everything because Little Cesar's just closed and that they opened late today because they had to refund a bunch of orders and couldn't open until late... (oh, so you do offer refunds?) Seriously questioning the staff and manager. How can you leave two teenagers to run a store and not give them good customer service skills? How can a manager leave the store in that big of a disaster and not instruct the employees to help the customers in this situation especially when they know this is an ongoing issue Also? Also, how can the website let you order anything even when that item is out of stock?Also, when opening my confirmation email after all of this, the link at the bottom to take a survey about your experience "wasn't available any longer".Papa Murphys isn't going to ever be high on my list again of places to spend my money.We were extremely disappointed and will only be back to this location to use our coupons and be calling order in or walking in. What a joke.
