I used to go here all of the time when I was a kid. I loved the friendly staff. As the years have gone by this place really went downhill. The workers are rude to say the least and my order was wrong. I don't expect a lot from Taco Bell/KFC but this is a new low.

The assistant manager jumped down my throat and told us to leave for pointing out that they had a menu item on their drive through menu that they said they no longer carried. And when I called the store about it she jumped down my throat again because apparently the way I said it was "obnoxious" and she had orders on her screen. After almost 20 years in costumer service myself I'm absolutely blown away by this woman's attitude and I feel sorry for anyone who has to work for her

Idk why the business keeps editing their hours to say they are when they have signs out front saying they are not.Maybe they should pay people more if they want to have enough employees to run their store.Service is very slow, expect to wait 10 minutes in the drive-through if there's no line.

Ordered online and went to pick up had to wait for 10 cars in front of us, what good is ordering online to save time! You won’t save anytime… if you want to save time and your sanity go to another restaurant….

This KFC is terrible we ordered a big Bucket of Chicken online and went to pick it up all doors are closed…. If I wanted drive thru I would of done that! But that’s not the half, the Chicken was all pink inside and we threw it away! Left a comment and they contacted me online about the problem but did nothing about it… Asked for my name address plus all about the order… I gave them order time even asked if they wanted my credit card to verify my order. I would never go there again and their Taco Bell has the same rude service if you could call it that.
