12/1 I went through the drive thru, food was fast but by the time I got home It was cold and I live a 1 minute drive down the road. The lady in the drive thru had fake lashes and blue colored hair and was SUPER DISRESPECTFUL. I run a resturaunt and she should not be working in customer service. She assumed I wanted soft shell steak tacos, didn't ask me if I wanted soft or hard. And she ASSUMED I wanted a water with my crunchwrap meal, she never asked me what I wanted for a drink. Then i said to her you never asked me what i wanted to drink, can i get a baja blast please? SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. LAZY !!!!!!!! This GRINGA should NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! GO FIND A NEW JOB BECAUSE THE ONE YOU DO YOU DO NOT ENJOY IT AND IT SHOWS!

This is one of the WORST Taco Bells I have even been to. ULTRA S...L...O...W...service...food tastes and looks horrible....the employees have zero drive or motivation to work or help anyone. Did I mention extremely slow service....how is this place even still open?I don't know who owns or manages this place but you should be ashamed....this place is ridiculous...if anyone from the corporate level from Taco Bell actually reads this or cares about the customers you need to do something about the place in Waupun. This place is just terrible it needs a revamp or get under new management.

Taco bell used to be a quick, cheap, decent meal. The quality has gone downhill, and the prices have spiked. Honestly, you're better off going to one of the myriad mexican restaurants in the local area. Or, Taco Johns.

I gave clear instructions on what I wanted. They dismissed everything and made the food without looking at the instructions. I paid more for chicken and didn't receive any in my crunch wrap (found this out miles later). I asked for no dairy because the meal was for someone super allergic to dairy. The teens in the back were just goofing around and giggling.... ? Ugh

Don't even bother ordering mobile from this location. Last 4 times we've ordered they've randomly closed early or the order gets canceled. We're done trying, make the short drive to Beaver Dam to get TB.

Whenever Jayden is working, I know without a doubt that my meal is going to be extra great because she does an extremely incredible job.
